3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a private pool, upper deck with palapa for cooler breezes in the evening and private parking for a small car. The house is just 2 blocks to the ocean, inviting and nicely decorated. It is well stocked with everything you could need during your stay in Cozumel. The house is centrally located with 2 major grocery stores, plenty of yummy restaurants and a movie theater all within 1-2 block walking distance. The property has a private clothes washer and dryer, gas oven/stove top, microwave, Wi Fi, amazon fire sticks, 2 televisions, small bbq, ductless air conditioners in the master bedroom down stairs, family room and two queen bedrooms upstairs. Ceiling fans and oscillating fans in all rooms.

Perfect Villa and location

The villa was perfect for us in every way. If was very comfortable, well maintained, had everything that you would need. The beds were comfortable, good towels and plenty of water pressure and hot water. The location was perfectly located to grocery stores and an easy walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants and waterfront. When we return we would not hesitate to stay here again.

A gem of a property

What a lovely find. Comfortable, clean, all the amenities required for an easy stay. The pool is an added bonus and was great to come home to after a day of diving or sightseeing. Close to the water, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Highly recommend this property. We were a family of 4, including 2 adult children, so the 3 large bedrooms worked well. The 3 large bedrooms, could easily accommodate 3 couple or a large family. Ideal location, close to grocery stores and tons of local restaurants. Pool was great to have in May when temperatures reached 38 Celsius.

Cozumel is swell.

The property is quite nice. Maintenance is impeccable. Amenities are good. Police presence is good. Taxis and auto rentals are close. Groceries are close and the beach is very close. Comfortable beds, nice linens and very secure.

Excellent stay!

This is a lovely condo in a great location in town. Very close to shopping and many restaurants. It felt secure and I appreciated all of the special touches. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including spices. There was liquid soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper for the entire week, which saved another grocery run. Beautiful decor with local art in every room. Definitely recommend this rental if you want to try living as a local! We came for a week of diving and rented a car for our stay.

Excellent Value

We enjoyed our stay! This was exactly what we needed. We came to Cozumel to dive so we did not spend a lot of time at the house-we were looking for a bed to sleep in. The small pool was an added bonus-it was great to sit in the pool and enjoy a cold beer after our dives. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We ate out most of the time so we didn't really use the kitchen-but having a fridge for some snacks and drinks was great. The location was perfect-easy to walk to plenty of restaurants and town. We rented a car so having a parking space was appreciated. Communication was clear and simple for check-in. It is not a luxury property but this was exactly what we expected and what we were looking for. Great value!

We are Jack and Amy an American couple that purchased the house in 2019. We have enjoyed Mexico since we were kids, but when traveled to the Caribbean side of Mexico for the first time in 2007 we fell in love and began planning our retirement dreams. We have 2 boys and 3 dogs and travel as much as possible as we enjoy experiencing new cultures, learning about history and seeing new and beautiful sites.

Why they chose this property

The house had a full remodel in 2019 including the addition of a pool. Through the last few years we have continued to upgrade with a new palapa, outdoor furniture, new kitchen cabinets etc. The house is our dream retirement home when we are ready, but for now we hope other couples/families enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Close to the ocean and very walkable. Close to the police and a safe neighborhood.
