Check in at anytime with the keyless lock. Two bedroom, two bath townhome. No stairs to climb and no one above or below us. High ceilings in the living room to give the room a spacious feel as well as sun roofs in parts of the home to give you natural light!. Large gated patio with seating to read and relax.

You have access to the entire complex and unit.

Our neighborhood is centrally located in a quite safe community with pool, spa, tennis/basketball courts, and there is plenty of parking available. Less than 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from ASU. 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. 20 minutes to Arizona Diamondback Chase Stadium, 35 minutes from the Stadium where the Arizona Cardinals play.

Walking distance to Sloan Stadium and Riverview Park that has multiple walking trails and a calming lake to have lunch and relax. The freeway provides access to the entire valley while ASU campus, Tempe Town Lake, Tempe Town Marketplace, golf courses and other various outdoor recreation areas, popular Mill Avenue, Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Botanical Garden, and so much more are all 15 minutes or less.

+Transportation: If you don’t have your own vehicle, I recommend an Uber or Lyft, which will take about 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and about 25 minutes from Mesa Airport. You can also use Metro Rail which is less than a mile walk from the property.


+Parking: Any uncovered parking is available to you for free.


+Check in and keys: Check in is anytime after 4pm. The day before you check in you will receive the keyless entry code. Pool key is located on a hook next to the front door. If the pool key is lost a $100 fee will be charged. Please go through the entire property before settling in to check for previous damages and cleaning errors. We are human and can't be perfect all the time even though we strive for that, but let us know and send a picture ASAP to ensure your stay is perfect and comfortable for you. If you do not let us know of cleaning errors or damages by 12pm the next day of check in we unfortunately CANNOT issue a refund and you may be charged for those damages. This is to protect you and make your stay more pleasant as well as protecting our small business from scams.

+Early Check In: We may be able to occupy you for an early check in, but we cannot guarantee it. Let us know at least 48 hours in advance.


+What Is Included: You will have access to the entire house. The living room which is filled with a few books, the kitchen and any appliances/dishes, and patio with seating, pool, spa, and tennis courts, which is a short walking distance away.


+Not Included: we have a maids closet next to the kitchen. Please do not use or take additional items or you will be charged. If you need more supplies please ask.
Also we will be working on the master patio so for now please dont use it. :) Thanks for understanding.

+Water: Arizona does not have the best water, so I provide a filtered water system in the fridge you can use whenever.


+Reminders: NO SMOKING of any kind, no pets, no parties and no other guests besides those stated prior to check in. If any of these rules are broken I have the right to terminate your stay agreement.


+Check Out: Check out is at 11 am, so I have time to prep for the next guests. Leave all beds slept in unmade. Place your towels in the washer out on the patio. Please throw all trash away in one of the dumpsters out front.
