Downtown Phoenix is only 8 miles away and is home to The Suns and The Diamondbacks during their respective seasons. There are also multiple concert houses throughout The Valley; both large and small. There is also access to many golf courses and driving ranges close by for those that like to golf. Hiking trails, dedicated biking trails, Desert Botanical Gardens, are also easily accessible from this location. There is free public transportation that passes and stops directly by this home, which can be taken to Mill Ave and beyond if you so choose. If you fly in to Sky Harbor you have the ability to take public transportation from the airport to this home if you choose to, so you would not be required to rent a vehicle if you did not want one. This home is also located within WAYMO's operational range so along with Uber and Lyft, you also have this option. If you drive in, this home has parking for 4 vehicles with one space covered.

PLEASE NOTE: There are TWO SECURITY CAMERAS located next to one another at the front of the property for everyone's safety and security. One faces into the carport/side of home and the other faces the front of the home.
** For those guests who would care to stay longer than one week, we will offer a free cleaning during your stay if you are comfortable with this. Our default assumption is that guests will NOT want a cleaning during their stay, so please let us know if you are interested in this service.
** The city of Tempe no longer tolerates any changes to the registered guest list and a copy of each person's ID, so please ensure that your guest list is accurate and up to date before your stay. The city will also enforce its rules on this property and any/all fines will be the responsibility of the guest if any are issued. The city's rules include, among other things, no large gatherings and no loud noises between the hours of 11:00pm and 07:00am.
