Tempe AZ Getaway

2 bedrooms upstairs and a main floor living area and kitchen. This townhouse is walking distance to the heart of Tempe. The inside has been completely remodeled and complete with amenities of home, very clean! We remodeled this unit for our daughter and decided to travel abroad. We fixed this VRBO for our family...but now you can stay! Enjoy our little treasure. It is a new unit for us, but we have other properties...please read our other reviews since this is a new listing. Easy access to the best of Tempe near Old Town, ASU and more!

Tempe trip

After some entry issues we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Jill was helpful, accommodating, and had a very nice property for us. We would sty with her again, a fantastic trip.

Great property, quiet neighborhood, easy access to downtown Tempe and highways

The property was very clean and comfortable. Off the beaten path just enough to be quiet but still very accessible to everything we wanted to do. Short drive to highways and downtown. Highly recommend.

Perfect weekend

We came for a music festival and opening day for spring training. The place was perfect for us and was an easy walk to the festival and to restaurants. We’d definitely come back

Home away from home

Comfortable stay with basics covered

This was a good home base for a few people for a few days! Very central to Tempe and the airport, stocked with the essentials you’d need. The living area couch was very comfortable for relaxing after a long day. I worked remotely and had no issues with wifi.

Great location

Overall a great place to stay. The walls were very thin and we heard the neighbors up most nights and dog barking. The beds were comfortable. No sheets or bedding for the pull out couch. Close to ASU

AWESOME STAY!

Jill's Tempe condo was amazing! Extremely clean, brand new, spacious, and exactly how it looks in the pictures. We stayed there for Ironman Tempe weekend, which was half a mile from the start line. The condo is also really close to downtown. It couldn't have been better and Jill as a host was very accommodating to all our needs. Would 100% recommend and will be staying there again when we come back to TEMPE. Dont hesitate to book with Jill, she is awesome!

Plentiful!! The size of the place was big!! plen

Jill respond quickly to my questions. The place was beautiful and very clean!! The location was close to restaurants! The beds and pillows were very comfortable!! Jill promptly asked the place to clean the pool! The pool had no chairs and no shade! The pool was not clean. But they cleaned it after being asked. The next door neighbors smoke weed! We smelled it most of the time especially in the evening! Very close to the airport! Great parking we had are own spot number 7. Jill was very helpful and accommodating!! The place was very nice!! The bedrooms were up stairs. 12 stairs to climb! We loved the mountains and State!!

TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO STARTS AS WE NEVER ENTERED THE CONDO.

WE WERE UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS INTO THE CONDO AND THE HOST DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM FOR HOURS. THE LOCK AND OUR CODE DID NOT WORK. WE HAD TO STAY ELSEWHERE AND THE HOST DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECIENCY TO REFUND THE CLEANING FEE, OR EVEN OFFER ONE NIGHT REFUND. WE NEVER STEPPED FOOT INTO THE CONDO. ALSO NOT A VERY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD, NOTICED NO FURNITURE BY THE POOL, AND VERY LOUD AIRPLANES GOING OVERHEAD AS WE WERE ATTEMPTING TO ENTER.

Chris and I have been in Phoenix together 27 years and remodeled this Townhouse for our daughter attending ASU....she had a change of plans and it is now available to rent. It is fully furnished, kitchen included with all the comforts of home. In Arizona, we also have a Fly Fishing shop called AZ FLY SHOP. If in town and want a new adventure...give us a call.
