Great neighborhood. Plenty of commodities nearby. Location is great, nearby major freeway access.

Out host was very nice and responded very quickly. The house was perfect for us. The location and neighborhood worked perfect for our stay. Big backyard for the kids to play in, spacious living and kitchen area. Rooms were very nice, and spacious for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was in a great location and inside was great. Big screen TVs in every room was very convenient. Only issue was the door to the garage was somehow broken and we could not access the garage unless we went through the garage door.

Quaint House

Small quiant house that worked for our trip. Communication with renter was great, responded to questions timely. House was a bit echoey and desk was small for me since I purposely wanted a VRBO over a hotel for the work space. But I made it work and it was very convenient location. We would stay again.

We had a pretty good day. We need to text and buy a week and he was able to do it without any problems. The only real problem we had was the Internet went out. We do a lot of work from home so it made things difficult. Nice home and I would stay there again.

Chose this place because located near family that we were visiting so worked well for us. First VRBO we've stayed in that felt less like a home and more like an extended stay hotel. Could use a few area rugs or other soft surfaces to lessen the echo in kitchen/dining/family room area. Verticals or sheers over the sliding glass doors would be nice as well to make it feel less like an unfinished flip

I’m not aware of any 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage Extended Stays that have oversized private yards. Also Extended Stay rates in this area are much higher than what we charge per night. Our listing is exactly as advertised, and everything you are mentioning is clearly advertised in the photos. So I’m not sure why you would be stating the obvious in a review. We are intentionally the cheapest listing in town and therefore offer the highest value for what you are paying for. Things like area rugs get damaged by guests immediately and our pricing does not cover the constant replacement costs of such things. I would suggest reviewing photos before booking anything next time, and not booking the cheapest listing in town if your expectations do not align with what low pricing means. You can spend twice as much at other listings if you want area rugs, and more decor. We are a low price low amenities listing that provides a very large comfortable space that can sleep up to two families easy in a very great location. If you require more decor and more amenities then there are plenty other options in the area for twice as much.

Clean and as advertised

The location is great for driving anywhere you need to around town, the house is clean, there is plentiful linens and supplies to cook when you're stuck in, along with TVs in most every room and more dishes than you'll need. The reno job is a little rough around the edges in places, but at this price point It met all of my groups needs better than comparable houses in worse neighborhoods or a similarly priced hotel would have. Very nice couch as well, slept a large man comfortably without complaint. Safeway is very close by as well for quick grocery runs as well, very walkable when the heat isn't at it's worst

First time phoenix

The area was great. The house needed to be finished. The water in the main bathroom would not shut off. Ran for two weeks. Fixtures needed covers and finishings. The kitchen sink kept backing up into the dishwasher and smelled awful. And could only stream service on the tvs. We’re older and couldn’t figure it out. A lot of potential there, but still needs work.

Hello there, The 75 inch, 65 inch, 55 inch and 42 inch matching Smart TVs in every single room are only intended for streaming whereas Cable TV is a thing of the past. However, they are logged into every streaming service possible for access to thousands of movies, shows, and even Live TV on HULU Live as well as Vizio Live TV. This is simply accomplished by turning on the TV and clicking the very first button you see called "Live TV". It is directly the first thing you see when turning on the TV. It is impossible to miss. Could have very easily explained this to you if you simply asked. The faucet dripping was brand new replaced and unfortunately wasn't installed correctly. Dripping is a lot different than "not shutting off". It was fixed immediately after by the plumber who installed it. Again, could have very easily explained or had this fixed with simple communication. There is only one light fixture missing, as it was broken by a previous guest. It has since been replaced. If you have minor issues like these in the future you would be much better served to communicate instead of leave a bad review.

Very Nice Property and Neighborhood

This is a nice, well-kept property, in a nice neighborhood. Perfect for a base of operations for our forays out into the area for entertainment, off-roading, horseback riding, etc. The property is close to many restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, televisions were very nice in each room. Everything worked as advertised. The online rental pictures accurately reflect the property. The only difference is the back yard. Phoenix got a lot of rain earlier this year which caused a lot of wash-out of landscaping mulch, weed growth, etc. It appears the property owner is attempting to address the back yard issues. We just lounged outside in the sun, so it wasn't a problem for us. We are definitely planning on using this property in the future as it worked out very well for us.

Worked for us

Being newly remodeled it was fresh paint and pretty clean. Check in was good, neighborhood, quiet. Although the road behind the house was very noisy. There were some things missing that would make our month long stay more comfortable, Ryan was quick to respond to our needs. Being a new listing I think he will continue to furnish the house, like maybe some end tables, something bedside in the smaller rooms, maybe a coffee table. The pictures advertised are accurate. It’s a bit ‘Echoy’ as it’s fairly empty. Interstate 10 is close and easy access as well as good grocery, Costco, Walmart, and other things like some good restaurants, park nearby with playground in walking distance. And trails on the Mountain. Backyard is large, great for the dog which he welcomes, not all that pleasant to sit out there as the road noise behind and yard not really equipped for relaxing. I think he will continue to work on that as the listing is new. It was a work, work, work, trip so we were very busy and didn’t do much else. As far as that goes, it worked for us. Plenty of space, comfortable couch and bed.

Pretty much as described

The price for this unit was very reasonable, so our expectations were low and we were overall satisfied with our stay. Communication was good. Cleanliness was good except the inside of the refrigerator wasn't totally clean. The inside of the home matched the pictures in the listing - it is very, very sparsely furnished. The living room has just the sectional sofa, no end tables, no rug(s), no coffee table, no chairs or ottomans. The dining table is very small for a home that can host 6 or more guests. The yard did NOT match the pictures, as it was full of weeds, some tarps/plastic - again, we didn't expect much, but it was pretty bad. The home does back up to 48th St which is a busy road, it would be good to mention that explicitly in the listing. I am giving 4 stars because the price was right, communication was clear, and listing mostly matched the photos. This seems like a newer listing and I hope the issues with the constantly running faucet in the bathtub, the missing light fixture over the entry door, the sad yard, and the sparse furnishings will be improved as the owner upgrades over time. Could use a few more dishes in the kitchen, too (especially larger bowls) and filters for the coffee maker. Parking was fine, beds were fine, towels were fine, washer/dryer good. We would consider returning if the price remains low, as the value is there and we spend most of our time away from the rental home when we visit Phoenix, and we like this area of town.
