Allergy-friendly cottage with 96,00 sqm living space on 2 levels for up to 6 people.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them upstairs. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a dressing room. The bedrooms are equipped with 2.20 meters long box-spring beds (incl. Long duvets), which can be provided as single beds, depending on booking. Furthermore, the bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a desk. The living area is equipped with a spacious corner sofa, easy chairs, coffee table, a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system.

In the dining area there is a large solid wood table with 6 chairs.

Kitchen equipment: electric cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and Senseo coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster and abundant dishes and cutlery facilities, including children. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and WiFi.
The house is allergy friendly, has wipeable flooring, a nickel-free kettle and a vacuum cleaner with HEPA 13 filter.

Other equipment: washing machine, dryer, drying rack. Rich utensils for children round off the features. Available are a children's travel cot with mattress and duvet, high chair, toilet seat, children-Step Stool for basin's etc.

On the south-west side of the house is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Erholsamer Kurztrip

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig im Wendehammer am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es gibt genügend Platz mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern. Auch draußen kann man wunderbar sitzen, lediglich die Mosquitos sind etwas störend. Drinnen gibt es im Bad, Kleiderschrank und Küche Mosquitogitter, so dass man abends wunderbar die Fenster auflassen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht auch für Leute wie uns, die sehr gerne selbst kochen. Darüberhinaus gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und einen Schuppen um die Fahrräder unterzustellen. Der einzig negative Punkt ist die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft gewesen. Es war sehr staubig überall, bis hin zu dicken Staubflusen unter dem Bett, was insbesondere für Stauballergiker eine Katastrophe ist und zudem im krassen Gegensatz zur Beschreibung des Hauses als allergikerfreundlich steht. Dagegen war der Gärtner sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, hat sogar gefragt, ob er uns mit irgendetwas behilflich sein kann. Alles in allem war es eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder und können auch Papenburg und Umgebung für Ausflüge und Radtouren sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr praktisch die 3 separaten Schlaf- und Badbereiche. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Lediglich die "Kleinigkeiten" waren enttäuschend, keine Seife, nur 2 Rollen Klopapier für 3 Bäder und zu wenig Bettwäsche für 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Personen. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig und ist leicht zu finden.

Kurzurlaub Papenburg

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage im Ferienpark in Papenburg. Es läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Herrliche Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer mit einem Hauch von Luxus ( Badezimmer und Ankleidezimmer direkt angrenzend ). Gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit Küche. Wunderbare Terrasse mir einem schönen gemauerten Aussengrill. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und werden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch selber gerne wiederkommen.

Kurze Reise - beste Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefiel es uns, dass jedes Paar sein eigenes Bad hatte. Bei gutem Wetter konnte man es sich draußen gemütlich machen. Da wir mit dem Rad unterwegs waren, war auch die Unterstellmöglichkeit wichtig und hier gegeben.

Papenburg komfortabel und geschmackvoll

Die Beschreibung der FeWo ist absolut korrekt. Die geschmackvolle und reichhaltige Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet jede Menge Komfort. Für schöne Sommerabende bietet sich die Terrasse mit Sonnensegel und Grillkamin an. Selbst für Fahrräder ist ein Abstellraum vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf mit dem Rad bequem erreichbar, die Emslandschaft bietet sich an für ausgedehnte Radtouren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die FeWo vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben wie im letzten Jahr, den Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt, toll ist das jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad und Ankleidezimmer besitzt. Die Terrasse mit dem Grill war bei dem tollen Wetter unser Lieblingsplatz ; )) Sehr zu empfehlen !
