Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) and Parquet. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Vrbnik. The holiday home is situated on an enclosed property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-October, 3.50 m x 9.00 m, 1.5 m deep).
