On the right, a first bedroom with a bed 140x190 cm and a wardrobe. In the corridor suite, a shower room, an additional closet and a separate toilet. The fully equipped open kitchen leads to the air-conditioned living room with a sofa, TV and dining area. Large bay windows bring light and overlook the garden. From the living room, access to the air-conditioned master suite including a bed 200x180 cm, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. This room also has a large window opening onto the garden. The exterior, exposed West, is furnished with a dining area, a coffee area and sun loungers. A gate allows direct access to the Croisette: just cross the road to reach the beach and the port. Another asset? A private garage in the basement is 2 minutes' walk away.
