Guten Tag, die Ausstattung der Whg (3) könnte mal überarbeitet werden.
Die Messer und Scheren sind stumpf und bedürfen etwas zuwendung.
Werkzeug um Pizza zu bearbeiten fehlt leider komplett, hier wäre eine entsprechende Unterlag und Schneidwerkzeug schön.
WHG ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war sauber, leider gilt dies nicht für den Aussenbereich, hier war alles noch im Winterschlaf und entsprechend schmutzig!

Der Urlaub war sehr schön das Wetter hat auch super mitgemacht, aber was die Wohnung angeht war Zuviel Holz für die sehr kleine Wohnung und die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man 55€ für die Endreinigung zahlen muss aber, überall Spinnengewebe hängt oder staub auf den Möbeln liegen ist das sehr unangenehm. Die kleinen Reparaturen wurden schnell und gut erledigt.

Tolles Objekt, geniale Lage aber..
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee ist einfach nur wunderschön. Die Möglichkeit Fahrräder und Auto in der Tiefgarage abzustellen, ist perfekt. Der Appartement-Service-Laboe war hilfsbereit und nett.
Die einzigen Mankos waren die Küchenutensilien und eine Matratze. Bei den Pfannen und Küchenhelfern fielen die Griffe ab und eine der beiden Matratzen war so durchgelegen, dass man die Sprungfedern in den Rippen hatte. Das ist bei einem Objekt dieser Güte unerwartet schade.
In Summe war es aber ein toller Aufenthalt.

Die Lage der Wohnung...
Die Lage der Wohnung mit dem Blick auf die Förde war toll. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung an sich auch sehr gut. Für ein Babyreisebett war im Schlfzimmer eigentlich kein Platz mehr. Das große Problem war die Sauberkeit, also wennman 45€ für eine Endreinigung verlangt, dannsollte diese auch nach einem Mietverhältnis durchgeführt werden. Es war wirklich sehr dreckig in der Wohnung.
