Villa Marie offers approximately 250m² of rental space, composed as follows:
Ground floor: The various shared living areas include two living rooms with different atmospheres (including a comfortable TV room with a games room equipped for rainy days (or not!)), a dining room for 12 people, and a spacious kitchen opening onto an outdoor area (furnished terrace and private rear garden).
First floor: Two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms or showers. One of the bedrooms has a large furnished terrace overlooking the entrance to the spa park.
Second and top floor: Three bedrooms with two bathrooms or showers, one of which is en-suite.
Covered and secure storage space for bicycles, golf carts, and other items.
Two to three parking spaces complete the rental amenities.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, 3 ovens, refrigerated display cases, 2 sinks, dishwasher, dining area for 6 to 8 people, crockery, and necessary equipment).

“Bijou” room: Approximately 22m², 160x200 bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, private shower room, 28m² terrace.
. “Cissou” room: Approximately 26m², 160x200 bed, cupboards, en-suite bathroom.
. Shared toilet for these 2 rooms on the landing.
Second floor:
. “Margaret” room: approx. 22m², 160x200 bed, storage space, en-suite shower room with two sinks
. “Madeleine” room: approx. 14m², 160x200 bed, cupboards, shared shower room for two rooms
. “Thérèse” bedroom: approx. 14m², sleeps two, 3'6“ x 6'6” bed, chest of drawers, shared shower room for two bedrooms
