Great place to stay in Denver!

Our family had a great stay at this home. The house was well stocked with essentials and clean. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us and the back yard was great for the kids. We had a small issue with the hot water that was promptly fixed while we were out at the Zoo. The location is perfect for anything in or around downtown. We will definitely stay again if it’s available and will recommend it to friends and family.

Great spot in Denver

Austin's house was great for our long weekend in Denver. Great communication with property managers Marc & Stephen and flexibility for early check-in. The house itself and the back patio/side yard was perfect size for our group of 5. Close walk to Tennyson St and easy Uber/Lyft to other Denver neighborhoods. Would definitely stay in this place again next time in Denver with a similar size group.

Cute house in a great location

Historic house with nice outdoor space that is in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store and many great restaurants and shops. Close to Broncos stadium. Street parking was available and convenient. Host communicated well and check-in and out was seamless.

Great Location - Ideal for 4 people

The location was great, walking distance to Tennyson for shops and restaurants. Felt very safe. We had 6 adults and the beds were very comfortable. The dining table only seats 4 but there are tables outside to accommodate more people.

Great House

This house was great for our family! We were in Denver for a concert at Red Rocks and it was the perfect location for that. The host was fantastic, communicated clearly about everything and got back to me in a very timely manner if I had any questions! I really appreciate the level of service. The house was updated and furnished very nicely. Also had a good outdoor space to enjoy the Colorado weather.
