Excellent stay for UF graduation. Not too far of a drive and nice to have an escape from the crowds. Loved it! Really spacious upstairs bedroom. Lovely porch with table for breakfast. Really enjoyed it.
Very clean and easy to find. Good communication with friendly and helpful host. Kitchen had everything we needed. Interesting places to visit within 30 minutes from property. Had a great time.
We enjoyed the book selection and the antique furniture. Their was tooth paste on the mirror and the pillows were flat. Could have used a blow dryer for people that fly in.

This was a wonderful, quiet place to stay. Very comfortable.
The Azalea Farmhouse is the perfect location if you’re spending time Ocala/Micanopy/Gainesville area. The house is beautiful- keep in mind it is an older home but had everything we needed for our stay. The location is safe and quaint with easy access to all points of interest in the area. Comfortable furniture, pans, utensils, etc in kitchen. Thank you to the hosts for providing a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend for couples, singles or small families. Would definitely stay again!

Quaint and Quiet
We had a very enjoyable stay. Took some time to figure out the TV options and the bathroom downstairs with a shower is really small. Overall it is a beautiful home and location to sit on the porch and listen to the owls and birds.
We came to the area to visit our daughter and needed a place to stay nearby. This was way more convenient for us that Gainesville or Ocala. The area was beautiful. We took several walks. The house was quaint, well decorated and comfortable. As with any old house, there may be some creature comforts missing but that was not a big deal for us. We would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay overall—this place is in a very convenient and safe location, which made getting around easy and stress-free. That said, a few basics were missing. There were no washcloths or hand towels, and only a few bath towels were provided. There was also no bar soap, which would have been helpful. In the kitchen, a few additional items like dish cloths, a Keurig, and some basic cooking utensils would have made things more comfortable. With a few small improvements, this could be an even better stay.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. Communication with owner was great, check in was easy and smooth. Peaceful surroundings made for a lovely time with my fiancée.
Kitchen & living room were well stocked. Upstairs bedroom was spacious and cozy. Loved the arched windows!
Highly recommend exploring nearby Paynes Prairie trails and town of Micanopy.
Out of the way stay, but check on the area. Was told someone was shot on the corner not far from there the night before. Cute house though, very remote.
Elegant surprises on every level at this great house in McIntosh. The lush garden was just coming into its glory, with easy bicycle access to the beauty of central Florida. Inside, we loved the comfortable setting of the selection of DVDs and books. Upstairs the bedroom and cozy sitting area made us wish we could stay longer. The amenities of full kitchen, washer and dryer were just what we needed.
We loved staying at the Farmhouse! It was very clean and cozy! We would definitely stay there again!
The owners were quick and responsive with questions I had! The home had a wonderful collection of DVD movies. The home was comfortable with lots of space! And most importantly for us it was an extremely easy l 17 mile drive to UF! Thank you!
