Great stay in Matunuck

Just had a great trip. House is completely as advertised, perhaps even understating in the details. Walk to the beach, ice cream , coffee wonderful location. Jeff was such a great host checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly which it was. Great experience would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

Jeff was totally responsive and on the ball from beginning to end. So close to the beach, coffee, ice cream, local market. All the things we wanted in a beach experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Family Beach Stay

Beautifully appointed, well maintained, spotless property perfectly located. Close, easy beach access with a market (and ice cream!) in close proximity as well. Back yard and upstairs loft area ideal for the kids. Jeff could not have been more accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Beach House!

We come up to Matunuck every summer and this rental is by far the best we’ve found. Spacious, clean, air conditioned, and thoughtfully appointed/equipped. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed it so much, we’ll be renting it again for our stay next summer!

We purchased this property after realizing that we need a place to escape. The beach has always been part of our lives and it was always an excitement driving down, but so sad leaving. Finally, we decided that enough was enough and we purchased this beautiful home.
