Come with your comfort gear, tissues, tin foil, chairs for the beach, chargers for phone, etc, pans and coffee machine, dated, stove top and dishes, glasses need replacing. There were things I really enjoyed. Access to beach. Quiet, private cottage.fabulous mattress. Relaxed feel, and grill for supper!

We had the best time! The beach was perfect and so was the location. The host and owner were beyond accommodating and responsive! We would book again in a second! The house was impeccable! We loved every minute of our stay!

Cute place in a convenient location . Walking distance to a few bar/restaurants, walkable neighborhoods , a grocery store and of course the ocean . I’m a Matunuck lover and we do a girls weekend trip every year . Hoping to rent again .

My stay at the SandCastle was wonderful for a solo weekend away. It was equipped with everything I needed, and the beach walkway made having time on the water easy and accessible, and incredibly affordable compared to other waterfront or water-accesible places in the area. I feel grateful to have found this spot and I look forward to booking again during the warmer seasonal months.

Cute older cottage with on beach access. Stovetop and micro For indoor cooking. Gas and charcoal grills outside which needed cleaning. Interior Needs a deep cleaning to include front door, window sills kitchen backsplash cushion covers and upholstery. Screens need repair.No cleaning supplies were provided but we found a Dollar Store! Location is good, owner was on sight and was responsive to our concerns. Love the outdoor shower but the latch doesn’t work.

Amazing cottage for mini vacation!

Stayed at this property for a getaway weekend and could not have had a better time! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Direct access to the beach and the surrounding area is beautiful with so many activities. I would definitely want to stay here again.

Great Honeymoon Location

Beautiful clean cottage right on the beach which was the best part. The whole process was easy and Melanie is open and informative with the checkin and our process. A truly wonderful trip!

Great beach location

We had a short stay, only two nights but we really enjoyed the community and proximity to the beach. The house is very cozy and was perfect for our needs. It is close to a lot of historical sites and walking trails and we loved just walking through the neighborhoods looking at the beautiful properties and beach views.

The cottage was even better than expected. Extremely friendly environment including contact agent, housekeeping, and owners. The privacy component -including backyard and ocean shore was what we were looking for and exactly what we experienced.July 5 - 12 were the dates we stayed. Enjoyed our time.
