This 2 bedroom traditional cozy cottage in Breakwater Village is located within 2min walking distance from private beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including seating for 5. The living room boasts a recliner, queen size sleep sofa, flat screen TV, and wireless high speed internet. 2 Bed rooms, one with a full sized bed, the other with twin/full bunk beds. Bathroom has a stand up shower unit, and also has another heated shower that can be found outside (June-Oct). Cottage also has central A/C and heat for added comfort. Enjoy your stay with an outdoor BBQ on the front deck, complete with propane grill, table, chairs, and umbrella.
*Please note: All linens; sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, etc ARE NOT PROVIDED. All guests are responsible for bringing their own. There is also no “on site” washer/dryer however, there are several nearby laundromats in the area.

*NO PETS: sorry for the inconvenience, but there is a strict no pets policy set in place by the neighborhood association.

Whether its a short bike ride, or just a stroll through the village, take in some of the breath taking views, and spectacular sunrise, and sunsets that it has to offer.

*Change over days on weekly rentals is Saturday

Comfortable, clean, and an amazing location in Breakwater Village! The cottage itself was more than enough for our party of two; I could easily see a family of up to 5 people comfortably enjoy their stay in this cute cottage! The private beach was never too crowded, and also boasted some gorgeous sunsets! Communication with Rob was easy, he responded quickly whenever we reached out with a question. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Stay- Beautiful Private Beach

Brought my mom to the beach for her 60th birthday and this stay did not disappoint! Beautiful neighborhood and private beach just a minute walk down the path. Cottage was clean and the outdoor shower was awesome! Rob was a great host and very responsive. Could not have been better!

Excellent property in a beautiful location!

We had such a great time at this cozy cottage by the sea. The place was so clean and just steps away from the gorgeous beach. Easy drive to Kingston, Providence and Newport. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
