This property provides walkability to the Block Island Ferry, quintessential RI restaurants including George’s tiki bar with live music, fresh caught local seafood, fishing boats, marinas, gift shops & homemade ice cream. Roger Wheeler State Beach is also very close by. This bright and airy 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse has a great open floor plan. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room with a large tv, comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed and a half bath. Off the living room there are sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with a grill and seating area, offering gorgeous ocean views. The second level has a master suite with a queen size bed, tv, full bath and a private balcony showcasing picture perfect water and Block Island views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and a full bath. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Hardwood flooring & central air conditioning throughout the unit. This property offers peace and tranquility yet is close enough to all the great attractions that Narragansett has to offer! Professionally laundered bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, light comforters, and blankets will be provided. You will find lots of amenities at the property to help ensure a stress-free and comfortable stay including a coffee maker, Keurig, assorted k-cups, creamers, and sweeteners, games/puzzles/books, laundry detergent, and many other items to help you feel right at home during your stay.

This property was 5 stars. VERY clean and in a great location. The hosts were great with everything we needed. The pullout sofa bed is not your average sofa bed, it was very comfortable. My teenage boys fought over who got to sleep on the sofa bed. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely beautiful. The access to the beach was perfect and walking to local restaurants was ideal. The property was beautiful - perfect floor plan, beautifully decorated and comfortably appointed. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach, Georges restaurant and also the beach tiki bar. My friend from Florida and I stayed at this lovely property for four days and five days. We found everything about it delightful. Lindsay and Steve were the ultimate host.. very communicative and pleasant. The only suggestion I would have is to have more ambient lighting in the great room for reading and just relaxing at night. It was very well appointed and comfortable.

The check in process was seamless. The property was just like the listing. We came into town for a wedding and an extended family vacation. The house having private beach access by George’s of Galilee was great (as was the Tiki Bar). Drive-able to other great spots like Newport, Wakefield, etc. If you want the beach, great food, and a comfortable stay, this is it. We already want to head back.

Location location, location. The condo is centrally located to many restaurants, BI Ferry and close to New Port for a day trip. I had an excellent experience at this beautiful condo. RI Weekend getaway

Our family of four (2 and 5 years old) stayed her for a few nights during a 10 day vacation in New England. The townhouse is as listed. It’s clean, perfect location and has everything you would want for a long weekend getaway or a weeklong stay. We plan to book again next year and plan to stay for a week instead of only a few days. Communication with Lindsay was great- always very responsive and looking to help making the stay the best. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

What a special experience it is to stay in this gorgeous beachside condo! The owners have made sure that the unit has everything you could think of (and even some things you wouldn’t have) to make the stay comfortable. There is nothing better than waking up to the views and heading down the short path to the beach. There are great restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee options just steps away, making the location incredibly convenient. We’ve been staying there for 12 years so far and look forward to our stay every year. Only issue is having to leave on our last day.
