The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room with a large tv, comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed and a half bath. Off the living room there are sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with a grill and seating area, offering gorgeous ocean views. The second level has a master suite with a queen size bed, tv, full bath and a private balcony showcasing picture perfect water and Block Island views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and a full bath. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Hardwood flooring & central air conditioning throughout the unit. This property offers peace and tranquility yet is close enough to all the great attractions that Narragansett has to offer! Professionally laundered bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and light comforters will be provided. Location location, location. The condo is centrally located to many restaurants, BI Ferry and close to New Port for a day trip. I had an excellent experience at this beautiful condo. The amenities were second to none. The owners were very responsive throughout the process. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this gem of a condominium.

RI Weekend getaway

Our family of four (2 and 5 years old) stayed her for a few nights during a 10 day vacation in New England. The townhouse is as listed. It’s clean, perfect location and has everything you would want for a long weekend getaway or a weeklong stay. We plan to book again next year and plan to stay for a week instead of only a few days. Communication with Lindsay was great- always very responsive and looking to help making the stay the best. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

Well-appointed and in a great location

Our family of six really enjoyed our six-night stay at the townhouse in Narraganset. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and this home by far was the most well-appointed of any. From everything you'd need in the kitchen, to the most thoughtful and smart basket of bathroom essentials. There was more than enough space for our family too, and plenty of windows and balcony spaces so you can see the water. For us, the location was great! It's a very short walk to the beach, a short walk or bike ride to the Block Island Ferry, and about 30 minutes either way from Newport and Watch Hill/Westerly. Since the beaches fill up and get crowded quickly, the location of the home immediately adjacent to the beach and less than a half-mile to another beach is key. And there are a few restaurants in a short walking distance as well. Communication with the owners was great, and we'd go back again!

Loved our beach getaway

This condo was perfect for our six-day stay in the fall. It's well-equipped, comfortable and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the ferry. Michelle was quick to respond to questions. We loved having coffee and drinks on the balconies. It's a wonderful spot.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We’ve stayed here a few summers now and it’s always a great time! We love how close we are to the beach and especially love waking up to the sound of seagulls and getting to watch the ferries and boats. Being able to walk over to restaurants and ice cream is a huge plus! The home is very clean and perfectly and thoughtfully decorated with so many “beach” touches. Great beach vacation!

Weekend Stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this VRBO. Michelle was very responsive and so nice! The property was stunning, so clean and extremely comfortable! It was also very convenient as we were right next door to the wedding venue making it so easy for us for not only the rehearsal activities but day of wedding. We would most definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone who goes to the area!

Spent a long weekend with my grown daughter at Michelle's condo. It was exactly as pictured and described, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean, and I have very high standards! Michelle was wonderful to deal with, incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Cute, comfortable & clean condo

Just returned from a week at Michelle’s condo! We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our time in and out and about the area. The condo is adorably decorated, well appointed with everything you may need for a beach week and spotless! Some highlights included several meals at George’s, drinks at the Tiki Bar and ice cream and baked goods at The Sweet Spot! We also were lucky enough to celebrate the 4th with an amazing fireworks display right on the beach!! Beautiful spot!

We spent a week in September at this location. Home was clean, had water views from the two small decks and was conveniently located near the ferry,George’s, and a nice beach. We really enjoyed the home and would recommend it.

Great Fishing Town

Location was great, easy to get anywhere. Home was clean, and parking was easy. Neighborhood restaurants were good. Perfect for what we needed. Very quiet.
