Welcome to 17 Deangelis Drive in beautiful Point Judith Narragansett! This 3 bedroom home has been completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new including Ice cold central air, new kitchen, glass enclosed shower, full size washer/dryer and much much more. Just a short 5 min. walk to Scarborough State beach and just a short bike ride to two other beautiful State beaches as well as the Block Island ferry. We are a pet friendly renter if your pet is non-shedding, non-chewing, vaccinated and on flea and tick preventative, crated when not home (owner approval needed for specific requirements of your pet). We offer bed linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, high speed wireless internet (tv's in living room and each bedroom), central air conditioning and more!
Bedroom 1 (queen bed) offers sliding glass door entry to back screened-in porch!
Please be advised that bedroom 2 (double bed) and bedroom 3 (2 twin/trundle) are second floor open loft area bedrooms with silk curtains installed for privacy when needed.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When taking out the trash, if it is a Sunday, please roll the bins to the end of the driveway for Monday morning pick up. *Never park on the grass, not even partially or will result in damage deposit.
Please put any wet towels in the washing machine before leaving you may wash towels while you were there using bleach
Please remember to check all three doors in lock the back door with the stick in the sliding glass door... please keep all 3 multi split units at the same temperature
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs must be approved before booking -1 non-shedng dog crated when unsprvised, flea,tick prevention, Rabies vacc.; potty trained, no furn. or bedding
Guests must Read, Approve and Sign Lease Agmnt. in order to secure your booking. If not landlord has the right to cancel.
No Cars to be parked on lawn whatsoever! Not complying will result in damage fee. All garbage must fit in outdoor grbg, excess is guest responsiblty

Our family had the most wonderful stay at the A-Frame by the Sea! Rhonda was incredibly helpful and accommodating, she answered all of our questions ahead of time and even shared great suggestions for things to do in town. The house had everything we needed and instantly felt like home. It’s tucked away on a quiet dead-end street and just a short 5–10 minute walk to the beach, which my 4-year-old and I enjoyed doing every day - it made our trip so special! Cozy, charming, and in a perfect location - don’t miss the chance to stay here!

Could not reccomend this home more. This home is the perfect location and truly is a quick easy walk to the beach! Home was equipped with everything our family of three needed. We traveled with an 18 month old, so we made use of the baby gate that was thoughtfully provided for the stairs. Great experience and look forward to another stay in the future!

The rental was what we expected. It was clean and comfortable.Getting to the upstairs bedrooms, the steps are very steep. This should be noted. The owner communicated with us outside of the Vrbo website - inbox. I wasn't aware of this until later, when I checked the app and website. I found the messages intrusive.

Very cute house, short walk to beach

Family had a great time staying here. It was great to be able to just walk back and forth to the beach and very close to the Block Island ferry. It was a comfy, cozy house.

The best little house

Clean, updated, comfortable! The furnishings were current and adorable, AC was great to have, the sweetest porch and backyard. So convenient to the beach and all my fav spots. Can’t wait to come back.

Great long weekend

We had a great time at the property. It was clean, well maintained and was stocked with all the essentials. Washer/Dryer came in handy after beach afternoons! Super quick walk to the beach, even with kids, so no need to pay for parking! We will likely make Narragansett a yearly trip after this experience!

Weekend getaway

Had a nice time in Narragansett. The house was the best part. Clean and nicely updated. Great spot for walks or bike rides. Meldgies diner was great and right up the road. Coast Guard house was ok. If I went back to Narragansett I would definitely rent this house again. Rhonda was great!!

We loved our stay in the A-frame! The house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved all of the details in design and decor selection - plus the house was super clean and cozy! The upstairs loft area is great for kids and our daughter loved having her own space to relax. The beach was just down the road and we could rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day in the sand. Rhonda is an amazing host! We will be back!

Super fun and relaxing late spring trip

We had stayed at the property before and our daughter hadn’t stopped talking about it, so we decided to return for Mothers Day. We weren’t sure if it would be too early for the beach, but it was a perfect weekend and we spent lots of time in the water. The house is really accessible to Scarborough beach and near several others. Many options for local places to eat and fun adventures for kids. We definitely want to come back.

Stylishly decorated

Plenty of room for my husband and me. We didn’t use the kitchen for more than coffee and tea but it looked well furnished. The living area furniture was comfortable. The heater warmed the bedroom very well but it was a bit drafty in the living area. I was thankful for the throw blanket!

Cozy A Frame Cottage by the Sea! A must stay!

Having recently moved back to my home state of RI was looking to have a few relaxing days at the beach and spend time with family. The Cozy A Frame Cottage is just that! Cozy, cute, convenient to beaches and all the Narragansett area has to offer. Walks to the beach, lunch at Matunuck Oyster House rooftop, shopping in Newport, relaxing in the sun and Sunday brunch at T’s! Ask for the GM Steve for great service! This unique A Frame has sooo much charm you feel right at home with all the appointments and then some! Rhonda has provided absolutely everything to make your stay enjoyable and uncomplicated! If you’re looking for a quiet beach vibe and relaxation you must visit the Cozy A Frame Cottage by the Sea! Thank you Rhonda for the attention to detail which makes all the difference! Looking forward to returning soon!

We have always loved A-frames and found this adorable beach property the end of 2019. We can now enjoy Narragansett as our home and hope you do too! We designed this newly renovated beach property with a lot of love and would like to share it with you for your spring and summer rental season!
