Welcome to 17 Deangelis Drive in beautiful Point Judith Narragansett! This 3 bedroom home has been completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new including Ice cold central air, new kitchen, glass enclosed shower, full size washer/dryer and much much more. Just a short 5 min. walk to Scarborough State beach and just a short bike ride to two other beautiful State beaches as well as the Block Island ferry. We are a pet friendly renter if your pet is non-shedding, non-chewing, vaccinated and on flea and tick preventative, crated when not home (owner approval needed for specific requirements of your pet). We offer bed linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, high speed wireless internet (tv's in living room and each bedroom), central air conditioning and more!
Bedroom 1 (queen bed) offers sliding glass door entry to back screened-in porch!
Please be advised that bedroom 2 (double bed) and bedroom 3 (2 twin/trundle) are second floor open loft area bedrooms with silk curtains installed for privacy when needed.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When taking out the trash, if it is a Sunday, please roll the bins to the end of the driveway for Monday morning pick up. *Never park on the grass, not even partially or will result in damage deposit.
Please put any wet towels in the washing machine before leaving you may wash towels while you were there using bleach
Please remember to check all three doors in lock the back door with the stick in the sliding glass door... please keep all 3 multi split units at the same temperature
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs must be approved before booking -1 non-shedng dog crated when unsprvised, flea,tick prevention, Rabies vacc.; potty trained, no furn. or bedding
Guests must Read, Approve and Sign Lease Agmnt. in order to secure your booking. If not landlord has the right to cancel.
No Cars to be parked on lawn whatsoever! Not complying will result in damage fee. All garbage must fit in outdoor grbg, excess is guest responsiblty

Our family had the most wonderful stay at the A-Frame by the Sea! Rhonda was incredibly helpful and accommodating, she answered all of our questions ahead of time and even shared great suggestions for things to do in town. The house had everything we needed and instantly felt like home. It’s tucked away on a quiet dead-end street and just a short 5–10 minute walk to the beach, which my 4-year-old and I enjoyed doing every day - it made our trip so special! We have always loved A-frames and found this adorable beach property the end of 2019. We can now enjoy Narragansett as our home and hope you do too!
