This home features a bright eat in kitchen open to the living room, three bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. The lower level has a finished family room with a walkout and second full bathroom plus Murphy bed. Hardwoods, central air, w/d, and many improvements throughout. Private deck off the back for entertaining after a day at the beach. Use of kayaks, bikes, beach gear included in rental. Passes to Kelley Beach included.

We have spent our summers in Bonnet Shores for many years and now enjoy it with our three young children. We live in Bonnet during the summer and are therefore able to be very responsive to our guests with recommendations or concerns regarding their stay.

Why they chose this property

The house includes everything needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Use of kayaks, beach chairs and toys, and central A/C for any unexpected heat waves! Bedrooms are all located on the first floor with the kitchen and sitting room, and a spacious finished/walkout basement provides more sitting area to enjoy. The back deck is also perfect for grilling and outdoor dining!
