This property provides walkability to the Block Island Ferry, quintessential RI restaurants including George’s tiki bar with live music, fresh caught local seafood, fishing boats, marinas, gift shops & homemade ice cream. Roger Wheeler State Beach is also very close by. This bright and airy 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse has a great open floor plan. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room with a large tv, comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed and a half bath. Off the living room there are sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with a grill and seating area, offering gorgeous ocean views. The second level has a master suite with a queen size bed, tv, full bath and a private balcony showcasing picture perfect water and Block Island views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and a full bath. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Hardwood flooring & central air conditioning throughout the unit. This property offers peace and tranquility yet is close enough to all the great attractions that Narragansett has to offer! Professionally laundered bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, light comforters, and blankets will be provided.
