This spacious 3 bedroom home features 3 large bedrooms, completely furnished living room/dining room, sun room, 2 full baths, Italian Porcelain heated floors. Always in pristine condition. Dishwasher, Stainless steel appliances, Air Fryer, micro wave, Washer and Dryer, large back yard, short walk to the ocean. 1800 square foot house built in 2014. 4 TV's- wireless WI-FI, and all furnishings. Mr. Coffee Drip Coffee pot. Kitchen has almost everything you will need. We have several basic beach chairs and children's sand toys. Rent by week in the summer or 2 night minimum and weekends (i.e Friday-Sunday) Fall, Winter and Spring. Absolutely No Pets at anytime including those brought by guests who may visit.!!! Must be over 21 unless with parent (s). Map quest 14 Eire Road, Narragansett, RI for directions or email the owner. Check in is 2:00p.m and check out 10:00 a.m sharp. We welcome families with young children who can play in the spacious back yard or at the beach -a short walk. I do not rent to college age or students. The back yard patio with seating and a Weber Grill make cookouts a treat. Go to the docks and get Lobsters off the boat or to The Ocean Catch for fresh seafood including stuffed lobster tails that are delicious. Longer fall, winter rentals available for families or working professionals. We provide linens and towels. We have added a whole house generator and solar panels to ensure a great vacation should power be lost. Two Night Stay minimum. Walk to beach- stores, and Bagels- Breakfast.

Wonderful weekend in Naragansett

This location is perfect for a quiet weekend away. The ocean is a short walk down the street. The home is clean, comfortable and met all all our needs with a quiet backyard for relaxing, having a barbecue and eating outdoors. The beds are comfortable.

Lovely family vacation

This house was very comfortable and well stocked. The wagon in the back was perfect for hauling our beach stuff to Scarborough Beach. The back yard was very private and the girls loved looking for bunnies back there in the evening.

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from URI. The house was outstanding!! Every amenity you could imagine was at your disposal in this house. The owner, Gary, was very prompt with his communication. The House was immaculate. Directions on how to use everything in the house at every turn. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!

Short waln to the beach

Five 40- something college friends reunited for a weekend away in Narraganset! This house was perfect to chii out and enjoy each other’s company. Very well stocked with kitchen items for cooking. Cleaning products, linens, bedding and paper products provided. Communication with host was excellent.

Family neighborhood, walk to convenience store, Dunkin Donuts, Deli or to Scarborough Beach. House has all the features for an enjoyable family vacation. Spacious back yard with patio allows for outdoor games with the family and outdoor dining all summer long. We enjoy sitting on the porch in new chairs and or in the back yard just enjoying the ocean air and family neighborhood. Plenty of privacy and seating with 4 Adirondack chairs, glider, and comfortable front porch seating. Here are a few comments although under reviews there are many others: " This was our 5th time staying.... each visit is a happy experience... your house makes a wonderful home away from home."
