This stay was perfect for our mid-week beach trip. Location was great- walkable to coffee/small shops/restaurants and a bike/walking path near by. Close to both Narragansett and Scarborough beaches. Check in and check out were easy. Would book again.
Peaceful, private, this a lovely cottage, convenient to restaurants and other activities. Clean and well appointed with amenities. Hosts are kindly available should you need anything.
From the time we booked to the time we left our experience was five star! The property managers was so nice and helpful. The place was spotless! I would go to this place again.
Nice comfortable and cozy cottage that is bigger than it looks. It has everything for a short or extended stay. Cottage was as advertised and the hosts Marcus and Darcy were great. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants/bars and a quick drive to area beaches and URI. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
Our stay was convenient to the college and peaceful. Close to restaurants and to the bike path. Only 10 min drive to the beach! Host was nice to let us borrow some chairs!

Great place!
This was an awesome place! Great location too! I would highly suggest to book this! I hope to make it back again! The only thing I think that could be improved, and really is just what I think would be best for the cottage in general, would be that the shower needs a glass door. But the place was super nice!
We loved the cottage. Much bigger than we thought. Alot of thought with making our stay convenient. Ie: paper products, toiletries, and well stocked kitchen. The area is perfect to walk to restaraunts for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and ice cream. We loved it!
The hosts are lovely and have thoughtfully provided their place with extras (beach umbrellas, games etc). LR/K has 3 skylights and is sunny. Kitchen includes big toaster, coffee machine and lots of kitchen utensils (spatulas etc). Would definitely return.
Booking was a snap. Enjoyed rental’s location and quiet neighborhood, wonderful decor, comfort and cleanliness, modern amenities and well-outfitted kitchen.
Friendly hosts.
Very nice job of renovating the property a few years ago.
A/C was fine in the living and kitchen areas, on the weak side in the two first-floor bedrooms. (There is at least one table fan available.) There is a loft sleeping area as well.
What might need some attention?
First bedroom mattress sags significantly in middle, where you’ll invariably end up, and isn’t comfortable. We switched to the better bed in the back bedroom on our second and last night.
Shower stall is impressive yet shower head either needs a good cleaning (orange-ish color on bottom half might be mold?) or replacement.
Note: These are not at all showstoppers.
Overall a fine stay.
This cottage was adorable! Very clean and cozy and such a perfect location! We were two couples and it was perfect and comfortable. Short drive to beaches and great food. Property manager was super friendly. We can’t wait to come back again soon!
Three of us stayed in this lovely cottage. We were visiting Newport primarily and this was a short, easy drive. The property has everything you would need and more. We only ate breakfast in, but there was everything for more major cooking. My relatives commented several times how this was so much nicer than a hotel. One of the nicest properties I have rented.
We had a great stay here for five nights. It had everything we needed and was a great central location for driving to visit many towns. Easy walk to Main Street for restaurants and ice cream. Owners were very friendly and helpful.
