This cozy cottage comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room and a short walking distance to the South Kingstown Town Beach, the Ocean Mist, the Pub, surfing at Matunuck Point, the Seaside Market, the Theatre by the Sea, and the Vanilla Bean. Enjoy the seaside breezes on the back deck and in the cute backyard. Be sure to bring your own bed linens (1 Queen and 2 Twins), bath towels and beach towels.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all kitchen and bath hand towels in shower.
Turn off AC units.
Close and lock windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect the septic system. Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down toilet. Do not pour anything down sinks i.e. coffee grounds, cooking oils.
Trash and Recycling are picked up on Wednesdays. Put the trash out on Tuesday evening for the Wednesday pickup.
The outside deck umbrella must be closed at all times when unattended.

Why they chose this property

My cousin and my uncle have year-round houses on the same road, so I wanted to own a cottage near them for when my family visits and should anything urgent come up.

What makes this property unique

Location! Location! Location! Our little Tipsy Turtle cottage is so cute, clean and uncluttered - but has pretty much everything Guests should need for a beach vacation. The Beach, Restaurants, Pubs, and Ice Cream are a quick walk from the cottage. No need to use a car!
