Bedroom has new double bed. A double daybed in living room too. Cottage sits on 1 acre and is ideally situated just 2 miles from Green Hill & Charlestown Beach. And just minutes to Matunuck, East Matunuck, Moonstone & Blue Shutter beaches as well! Central AC, free Wifi. Washer/ Dryer. After the beach, enjoy all the local amenities; award winning restaurants, shops, parks, trails, and theatre & festivals.

Bring a bike and easily explore beaches, parks and all the area attractions. Pharmacy, hardware store, market, post office, restaurants, pizza, & coffee shop just 1/ 2 mile down the road.

Completely updated with vintage charm, coastal location for enjoyment of beaches, parks, trails and eateries. Wonderful day trips from cottage as well; Newport, Narragansett, Watch Hill, Westerly, Boston, Providence or Block Island.
