It is located in a Wilhelminian style house in the middle of the lively university district and only a short walk from the historic center. In your street you will find numerous restaurants - from vegan to Japanese - as well as bakeries, supermarkets and coffee houses.

You can expect a top-renovated and completely newly furnished apartment. A small anteroom leads to the spacious living room with a double bed, a dining area and a living area with a pull-out couch. This offers space for 1-2 children. The flat-screen TV is easily visible from both the double bed and the sofa. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the nearby Leechkirche.
