2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Very noisy. No drinking/cooking water. Expensive.
Noise level: I asked about the noise level. That was misrepresented.A nightclub is across the street, open 6 nights a week. The traffic is continuous. There is a music school 2 doors away. (I'm a singer, love music.)
Water:No garafone: there's usually a huge container of water and a holder--lasting 1 or 2 weeks--since one doesn't drink or cook with tap water. Not provided. It wasn't the price of the water but the inconvenience of buying andall those plastic containers for daily consumption and carrying it. The plastic is perpetually bad for the environment. The price of a garafone water container is 20 pesos. I paid 15 pesos continuous for 1 liter bottles. It would have been easy to provide this. It's delivered. It's standard.
Door Code: There are at least 10 apartments in this building. The owner/manager seems to think the code and door instructions are clear. No. I came to the building door after having been ill and couldn't get into the door using the code. Luckily, it was during the daytime and I called the manager/owner. She said it wasn't she who locked me out but one of the other residents and she could ask for one to let me in.I responded that she was my responsible contact.A resident or maybe herself? let me in.
Cleaning:I stayed 2 weeks. I know from my other stays in Mex. that cleaning is done weekly.I did negotiate this and 1 cleaning was provided.Price of this apartment was very high, I expected more.Friends rented cheaper and much better places. I was disappointed.
