- Living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, sofa) opening onto the south-facing loggia (garden furniture + small fridge) with a view of the residence pool
- Open-plan and equipped kitchen (4-ring ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, mini-oven, dishwasher)
- 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (140, duvet) and en-suite shower room, carpeted floor
- WC

- 1 bedroom with 2 single trundle beds (80, single duvet et double duvet) + 2 single bunk beds (80, duvets)
