Large chalet with 20 beds in La Bresse – Ideal for families, groups, or ski.

Since July 2025, we have been the owners and are delighted to welcome you to our spacious 250 m² chalet, perfectly equipped for 15 guests (or more on special occasions), in a peaceful setting surrounded by the nature of the Vosges.

Perfect for family reunions, holidays with friends, or sports getaways, our holiday rental offers all the comfort you need for a warm and convivial stay.

7 bedrooms (2 to 4 people per room) across 3 floors:

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds

2 bedrooms with a double bed

3 bedrooms with 1 double bed + 2 bunk beds (ideal for families with children)

Nice weekend stay with 5 families

We enjoyed our weekend here very much. We stayed with 10 adults and 7 kids and had plenty of space. Some things are a bit older but nothing to complain about.Very nice contact for check-in and check-out!

House could be OK but state of the inside including furniture is outdated or not well maintained. The isolation is very poor leading to amazing electricity expenses (36 EUR for 2 days)

Bonjour, Je suis surpris de votre retour. Le chalet est en double isolation extérieure plus isolation et toiture refaite. Fenêtre PVC avec volets isolés. Votre séjour pour 17 personnes dans 250M2 vous à couté en électricité 2€ par personne, le prix d'un café au restaurant.

Super séjour chez Jeremy !Le logement est idéal pour des groupes de copains avec enfants grâce a ses nombreuses chambres et ses 3 SDB qui permettent de s'organiser facilement ! Wir hatten ein super schönes Wochenende mit Freunden. Die Küche ist neu und optimal ausgestattet. Über Teller, Besteck und sonstiges Geschirr alles zu genüge vorhanden. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten und teils modernisierten Zustand. Check in und Check out erfolgte freundlich und unkompliziert, wir konnten am letzten Tag sogar bis zur Mittagszeit bleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, chalet spacieux pour les 13 adultes et les 4 enfants que nous étions, bien équipé, autant pour la vaisselle que pour l’électroménager, cuisine moderne , bonne isolation thermique, beaucoup de charme grâce à la présence de nombreux meubles chinés, une belle expérience, je recommande.

WE famille annuel

Nous sommes arrivés dans un chalet, certes spacieux, mais très vieillot et plein de poussières.. pas 1 seul jeu a disposition, pas de drap de lit ni de serviettes, pas de quoi essuyer une vaisselle, pas de sac poubelle. Les pas du tout entretenus. La photo du site ne ressemblait pas a la réalité ! Nous étions une famille de 13 adultes, mais si vous avez de petits enfants, rien n est prévu pour eux. C est une déception au niveau de cette location. Nous louons pourtant chaque année une grande maison pour accueillir nos enfants et nos beaux enfants et c est la première fois que nous sommes déçus alors que ce chalet était plus chère. Sinon, la région est chouette, il y a de quoi visiter.

Nous prenons vos remarques très au sérieux car cela ne reflète pas le standard que nous souhaitons offrir. Le chalet est effectivement d’un style rustique et ancien, ce qui fait partie de son charme pour certains, mais je comprends que cela ait pu ne pas correspondre à vos goûts. Je vais également revoir les photos et descriptions de l’annonce pour m’assurer qu’elles reflètent fidèlement la réalité du lieu. Pour les équipements, comme indiqué dans l’annonce, les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais je prends bonne note que cela mérite d’être mieux mis en évidence. Enfin, nous réfléchissons déjà à ajouter quelques équipements pour les jeunes enfants. En tant que nouveau propriétaire du chalet, je regrette que vous ayez été déçus, surtout si vous aviez placé beaucoup d’attentes dans ce séjour familial. Beau chalet à 15 minutes de Gérardmer. Nous étions 4 familles avec 2 enfants chacun. Chambres confortables, les 2 du rdc proche du garage sentent l humidité. Salon très sympa . La cuisine est bien équipée mais les meubles sont très vieux et ferment mal tout comme le meuble de la salle de bain dont la porte se détache. Les barbecues sont très vieux, sales pleins de mégots, bref inutilisables, c était tres décevant . Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans ce chalet.

Schönes Haus aber Abzocke

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag zum Wandern in dem Haus. Das Haus geht vom Zustand in Richtung Jugendherberge, aber das war in Ordnung und alle hatten ein schönes Wochenende. Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme über eine Schlüsselbox. Kurz nach dem Check-In sind uns schon kleinere defekte in dem Haus aufgefallen, da diese aber schon vorhanden waren haben wir uns nichts weiter dabei gedacht. Nach dem Check-Out das böse erwachen. Zum Schluss wurden uns einige der Beschädigungen angehängt und die Kaution (500€) sollte wegen einer nicht ausgeräumten Spülmaschine, einem dreckigen Bettlacken und einem nicht gewaschenen Gefäß einbehalten werden. Wir hatten echt ein schönes Wochenende und das Haus war in Ordnung, aber mit so etwas hätten wir nie gerechnet!

Bonjour, Nous n’avons rien contre les fêtes dans le chalet. Il est normal de profiter de moments entre amis. Mais il est normal de savoir admettre ses torts. Vous avez prétendu avoir nettoyé le chalet: -Le parquet a nécessité 3 lavages pour récupérer les nombreuses bières renversé. -confettis dans toutes les pièces. -des traces de scotch sur les murs pour les ballons et les guirlandes. -trace sur les murs. -radiateurs arraché nappe déchiré -pied de poufs du salon cassé -accoudoir du canapé cuir déchiré . -non respect du RDV du départ (vue l’état je comprends bien que vous n’assumez pas) -consommations du contrat non réglé. J’ai évidemment de multiples photos transmises à Abritel qui ma proposé de revoir le coût pour vous faire plaisir. À ma charge je vous rembourse une partie de cette somme. Je pense être correct en vue des circonstances. Nous avons de bon retours sur le site sauf les locataires malintentionnés. Je n’attendais rien de plus de votre côté.

séjour très agréable avec du soleil malgré des prévisions médiocres. Chalet très bien isolé, le chauffage n'était nécessaire dans les chambres la nuit. L'accueil et le départ par le concierge fut très sympathique.
