STEPS FROM THE BEACH! LUXURIOUSLY appointed in a spacious, bright, modern style, we made every detail perfect. The most beautiful sunrise you will ever see awaits you every morning. Every night, a beautiful sunset over the Laguna Madre! Your lodging will be equally inspiring. Our ground level (No stairs!) condo is beautifully equipped, with spacious 10 ft high ceilings, LED lighting, new furnishings and appliances, smartTVS in all rooms, located easy walking distance to everything. ENJOY!

If you want to ENJOY the best of South Padre Island with family and friends in quiet and peaceful comfort, this is the place for you! If you want to party your behinds off with your 15+ friends... please, this is not the place for you, but there are many other great places for that! Our repeat guest are professionals, families, friends on weekend get-aways, working-from-homers who would rather work-from-the-beach, regular beachcombers, sandcastle builders, and SpaceXers and Starbase visitors.

2 Bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 parking spaces- GROUND LEVEL (NO STAIRS) apartment is steps away from the best beach in Texas, many restaurants to choose from on-the-beach to fine dining to pizza night. Groceries, golf cart/bicycle rentals, shopping, all are an easy walk. A gated back yard offers privacy with space to play, lounge chairs to relax by the crystal POOL, and BBQ.

Rent for a month, a week, or a few nights, it's your choice! We'll discount pricing accordingly to length of stay and season. Email, text, or call us with your needs. We love families with kids who love to enjoy this great beach. We discourage hardcore partiers who care little about anything else other than their on debauchery, which is why we charge a relatively high deposit (sorry we have to do this but it's the world we live in). We accommodate 6 adults very comfortably, so please don't bring more than that, it cramps your style and compromises an otherwise great vacation, just treat yourself and guests to a bigger place. We love pets but many people are allergic to them and it is impossible to return a home to pet-free condition, so for that reason we do not allow pets (there are several kennels on the mainland so do some googling and call ahead). Smoking is bad for you, but if you must, do so outdoors only please.

NO WET CLOTHES on couches or beds. This is the number one cause of a poor review- destroyed furniture. Change after enjoying the beach or pool.

TIDY UP! A messy kitchen, dirty dishes, food left out, attracts roaches (it's an island after all). SO tidy up and take trash out frequently!

Nice condo with great location and EV charging

We had a very comfortable stay at this condo during January and February. The listing is accurate. The beach access is half a block away, and there are a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. There is an outdoor outlet (120v) next to the front door which we greatly appreciated so we could conveniently charge our EV. We would be happy to stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable

Stayed here 3 nights with my parents for Thanksgiving holiday. Condo is spacious, clean, light and bright. Location is good, very near the beach. Found all we needed in the kitchen, beds were comfy. Would definitely book again.

Updated condo close to beach

The location of the condo was great! About half a block to the nearest beach access. Super close to restaurants and activities on the island. Inside is completely updated. Bedrooms and restrooms are nice size. Owners reply back quickly and a extremely nice. We loved our stay!
