This chic two story 3bdrm/2bth townhouse is located on the west side of Molokai in a quiet residential complex, located right on the beach! Your Molokai island getaway starts here! Offering one of the best locations on Molokai since it's located along one of Molokai's west-end white sand beautiful snorkeling beaches and located in a quiet residential complex where you hear the sounds of nature.

**Current pictures do not include the wall mounted tvs in living room and bedrooms. No unregistered outside guests allowed. No gatherings allowed with any outside guests. If this rule is broken, an automatic cancellation will occur. But if you have a small group/family and seek relaxation (4 people max and number of kids can never outweigh number of adults), then this house is for you! **

This 2,800 sq ft home, which inlcudes the covered screened in wrap-around lanai and upstairs uncovered balcony, offers the perfect home-away-from-home for groups or couples.

The high ceilings and wrap around lanai allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living, with beautiful solid quality wooden floors both indoors and outdoors. Spend you mornings sipping coffee on your private lanai or evenings with your favorite beverage watching the sunset directly over the water here on the Westside. Wake up and fall asleep in luxury. The space is filled w/ natural sunlight and nature's lush greenery and the high ceilings immediately raise your vibration!

With the large open style French doors, sea breezes and screened in wrap around lanai, this place stays cool all year around.

The living space is open and airy, with many living room spaces to choose from and dining options to choose from! Great place to wind down after a fun filled day on Molokai. Complete with 3 flat screen TVs and cable (1 smart tv in living room, and tvs in both bedrooms), great stable internet connection, puzzles, books, and much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef would need. There is a convection oven, blender, basic food condiments, plate ware, utensils, glassware and cookware and much more. Also equipped with coffee, coffee grinder, coffee machine and much more!

The elegant bedrooms brings the tropical feel in with beautiful tropical Tommy Bahama linens and on King bed upstairs, Queen bed downstairs, single hanging bed on the privately screened in lanai.

The bathrooms are both spacious with high ceilings and sun roofs. Bathrooms both have raised ceilings with sunroofs in both bathrooms for beautiful natural light. Upstairs bathroom has large walk-in shows and downstairs has a shower/tub. Both upstairs and downstairs bedrooms have their own large privately attached bathrooms - makes perfect for house sharing groups.

The 3rd bedroom - A rare outdoor hanging bed located on the wrap-around lanai. Privacy for this space includes chic white curtains and a screen for privacy to the outdoors - while sleeping here you may feel like you are on a sailing vessel and enjoy the jungle sounds outdoors.

Paniolo Hale is located along the beach at Kepuhi Beach (by the old abandoned Sheraton golf course resort). With private pool, two large clean bbq areas and lush tropical landscaping. The pool pavilion is a must with barbecues for your enjoyment. Take in a breathtaking Molokai sunset or catch a whale breaching during season (Mid December - April). Located a twenty (20) minutes drive to airport and thirty (30) minutes to Kaunakakai main town, and a short beach walk or drive to Maunaloa town or the Kepuhi Beach Resort small grocery store.

Complete with beach towels, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, beach cooler, ice maker, beach chairs and so much more!

Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. Do not leave dishes in dishwasher → Do not return dirty dishes to the cupboards—additional cleaning fees will apply.
Return keys to their proper locations: 1x key in the main door lockbox; 1x key in the emergency lockbox. IMPORTANT: Make sure the pool key is returned to the hook. BE SURE ALL 3 REMOTES ARE IN PLACES
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fabulous Vacation Spot

This was our first trip to Molokai and we loved it! This home was beautiful, comfy and cozy. With 4 of us staying here, there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy. I loved the lanais and being able to sit out there and enjoy the island breeze. Being walking distance to the beach was great too for the times we wanted to pop over the beach, but didn't want to take a drive. I am definitely adding this home and location to my annual vacation roster!

Absolutely majestic place! The townhouse is very spacious and surrounded by amazing terrace that lets a pleasant breeze in 24 hrs a day! Very pleasant surroundings and a swimming pool. 5-7 min to Maka Horse beach which is secluded and gorgeous. A scene from Pirates of the Caribbean was shot on it! Beautiful Location & Responsive Host

Our family spent seven wonderful nights at Wendy’s beautiful Moloka’i home. It is more beautiful than the photos shown. The home has a peaceful vibe and is located within walking distance to white sand beaches and walking paths. The check-in process is easy and stress-free. Amazing getaway!

One of our favorite rentals of all time. This place was amazing! Pictures do not do it justice. Large spacious beautifully decorated home and very clean. Well equiped kitchen. Gorgeous location! Great snorkelling and private beaches just out the front. The owner was quick to respond to questions and provided lots of information about the island, as well as provided a very in-depth guest informational booklet about things to do and see. Enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A lovely condo and location. Wendy was extremely helpful especially on day of arrival, which was right after a big rainstorm which affected which shops were open to get supplies. Responses to any questions both before arrival and while there were answered promptly. Had never been to Molokai before and wasn't sure what to expect. Wendy's input helped a great deal. Would highly recommend her place for anyone planning a trip here.

We were here for almost two weeks and loved it! The townhouse complex is beautiful, right on the beach, with a canopy of shade trees above the walkways and between the buildings.This unit is perfect: when youn enter, is seems like a Hawaiian plantation house. The living room opens onto a screened wraparound veranda, so there is always a nice breeze to keep the temperature just right. Outside the veranda, those before-mentioned trees provide privacy, so you are really unaware that there are neighbors. Best of all, the pool and sun deck (which were often unoccupied) are just steps away from the door.The unit is comfortably furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. We weren't sure what groceries to buy, but we found all the necessary spices, condiments, cooking oil, sugar, coffee were there, so really, all we would have needed was perishables: dairy, fruits, veggies and meat. The refer has an ice machine. There was even a supply of left-behind sunscreen and insect repellant (which was not needed, never saw a mosquito).Last of all Wendy is an amazing host. We do vacay rentals often, and she is by far the most responsive host we have encountered. Thank you, Wendy, for sharing your place with us!

A Beautiful, Tropical Home

This unit is surrounded by tall tropical trees and has a watering drip system that makes it feel like you're in the jungle. The main room has wonderful wood floors and big doors opening to the lanai that make for a great indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it is easy to be cooking while interacting with the rest of the unit. There were only two minor issues. First, the lockbox stuck a bit, so it was a little challenging to get the key out on a couple occasions. At one point we called the property manager and she answered right away which was great. Second, it was hot (as it usually is in September) and the upstairs bedroom can stay stuffy even at night. We knew there was no a/c so we were not surprised by this at all. Overall, this is a spectacular unit, and it was a fantastic place to spend a vacation.

a bone fisherman's paradise

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The home is not only gorgeous but had everything we needed and more. It was super clean and we appreciated the great attention to detail that made every part of this home beautiful and luxurious. This is an overall excellent place for a couple to stay! The white sand beaches are just right out the front and there’s also easy access to great coastal hikes. Every night we enjoyed watching the sunset over the water and chatting with all the friendly neighbors. I also recommend to rent Wendy’s truck as this was super easy (and we enjoyed driving a truck around the island vs your typical touristy jeep!). The home was equipped with beach chairs, coolers, ice machine, condiments, full kitchen, beautiful dishes, Tommy Bahama bedding, coffee, etc. etc. It was everything we wanted and more! Wendy offers five star customer service and exemplifies Aloha. Book here with no hesitation. We certainly look forward to returning!

Located on the beautiful west end of the Hawaiian island of Moloka'i where you can enjoy peace, natural beauty, nearby beaches, warm Hawaiian culture, and that unmistakable “aloha” spirit. ... The island's Aloha spirit is widespread...

Paniolo Hale is a garden oasis located next to many beautiful beaches and the vast Pacific Ocean.

Kepuhi and Make (prounounced ma-kaye) Horse Beach are the two closest beaches within walking distance. Kephui Beach will often have many local surfers if the waves are right.

In the distance, you will see a long stretch of white sand beach. This is Papohaku Beach. The sand from this beach was used to make Waikiki Beach in Honolulu over 40 years ago. It is NOT a swimmers’ or surfers’ beach. The waves are large and the current is strong. Walking and seaching for shells are common activities here. It is a moderate walk to this beach. If you want to drive, there is also a beach park here with restrooms and a shower.

Dixie Maru is a lovely cove at the end of the road on the west end. It is a 10 minute drive to this beach and it has parking and a shower.
