Close to beach and restaurants

Great apartment right in the beach. So nice to hear the waves while sleeping. Property has a pool, which is great to use the outdoor shower after the beach and then go for a swim. Waking distance to three restaurants. Great place to watch the sunset.

Great Beach but Dirty House

We arrived and immediately fell in love with the location. Upon entry it looked nice but we got into the kitchen and things were visibly dirty. Bugs in the cupboards, food still on plates, etc. the property manager did offer to refund the cleaning fee and come over to clean but by then I’d already dealt with what felt needed to be taken care of. She also dropped off a new dish drainer and some other supplies, which was kind. The location of the property is awesome until you chat with a guy that lives down the road and find out drug deals go down at the beach that’s just steps away. I never felt unsafe and others were using the beach too but I have really little kids so this was really concerning. The property has a pool, which was amazing for just hanging out and it’s close to a couple restaurants. We found tons of shells at the beach and really enjoyed the area other than the above mentioned issues.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Beth's rental is clean, great layout, love the access to the pool and within a few steps you are on the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very short walk to restaurants. We enjoyed the beach, sunsets, bonus was the tarpon swimming close to shore for fishing. Communication was timely, instructions were clear and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

The stay was fine and based on cost per day is was align. You are steps from the beach. Unfortunately the 3 bars within walking distance go very late on a dead end road which the house is on. Cars park on both sides of the road making it necessary to come down the road and turn around in front of the house. Many were very loud at 2 a.m. waking us up repeatedly. Don't let this deter you as the beach was nearly all ours with beautiful sunsets. Swimming was great....use care with children on heavier surf days. Beach was clean. Condo was as well....could use hotter water in the kitchen.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We (me, husband, 6 month old) spent two wonderful weeks here! The beach is literally steps away, and there are a couple of restaurants right nearby. You can walk farther down the beach (about 15-20 minutes) to get to aguadilla and the boardwalk, where there are many more restaurants. The convenience store is also about a 15 minute walk away and has most necessities, if you don't want to drive to the grocery store. The property was great - kitchen (no oven), two bedrooms (she had a pack n play for our baby!), and a nice living room plus an extra pullout couch in the dining room. A/C in every room. The washer/dryer were a major plus for us, we did many loads of laundry. Pool is also very nice, although it was colder than the ocean while we were here!
