Fully Furnished Oceanside 2nd floor Home on Gated Family property right on the beach. King Beds, Designer Linens, New ACs with remote control for rooms, Veranda overlooking Ocean with 4 hammocks, chairs and tables for Ocean Gazing/Whale watching. Back Covered Patio with BarBQ (gas or charcoal). Full Kitchen, 2 private stairway entrances, Out Door Shower, Private Stairwell to Beach, Surfing, Fishing, Snorkeling out front. Tide Pools for kids. 45 Coco Palms on property. Undeveloped Wild Beach for 1 mile so you can find your own pocket beach. Manatees, Dolphins are sighted. Walk to nearby eateries. Day Trips to Light Houses, Waterfalls, Mountains and Caves. We need to mention again, downstairs is a separate apartment and we respect their privacy and desire for little to no noise as they will do the same in return.

Do nothing to disturb the neighbors. No loud music, loud arguments or shouting. No barking dogs. Quiet for neighborhood after 10 pm.

No sand should be brought into the house or showers. There is an outdoor shower(with door, shampoo) and hose for washing off beach toys.

Leave everything as you find it. The house is for your enjoyment but leave everything clean and orderly. That includes the grill and coffee maker.

Sleep to the roar of the ocean

Bryan is a VERY hospitable host. He went out of his way to make the stay special. Great guy and great property.

Amazing view.

Stayed here the end of March. Sitting on the second story balcony provides a great view of the ocean between some palm trees. That alone is what made the place for me. Access to the beach provides sunsets over a small island. Surf is good. Beach is nice. Location is near local attractions and restaurants. Bakery down the road has the best doughnuts anywhere. Neighborhood seems safe with friendly people. A/C works great. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer. The property is well used but comfortable and did I mention right on the ocean.

wonderful stay

Byran truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was great. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to his clear and precise directions. We found ourselves settling in effortlessly as the house was equipped with everything one could possibly need for a beach getaway. Overall, our experience surpassed our expectations. Bryan's hospitality, combined with the location of the house, created an unforgettable vacation.

Quiet Paradise on Waves

Dream location on pristine uncrowded beach. Clean comfortable house well supplied with spacious front and back decks. Stroll down beach to snorkel, swim, great restaurants. Nice neighbors, but much privacy. Brian supplied fresh fruits and fun suggestions. Eugene next store prepared and shared coconuts. Bed was comfortable, A/C when needed but sea breezes kept us mostly cool. Just 10 minutes from Rincón, but so much more peaceful.

Perfect Vacation

We had the most amazing vacation at this property. Bryan, the owner, was available for questions, accommodating, and just extremely hospitable. The location cannot be beat and all the locals were friendly. The views and breezes were perfect for sitting in the front porch with a cold drink. We can’t wait to get back. Thank you for everything!!

Being on an Undeveloped Beach, this is the Perfect Vacation Home, for sunrise and sunset walks, Day Hikes to nearby resturants, dive spots, and private pocket beaches. Surfing out front. A reef offshore with lobsters and fish.

WithIn a gated family farm. Retired Police Captain is nearby neighbor. The family is well known and respected. No one messes with this property. Very safe.
