VERY LOW DENSITY , USUALLY NO MORE THAN 20 PEOPLE AT THIS BEACH! Exclusive Casa Vista is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2,800 sq. ft. villa with its own first floor entrance , and DIRECT ocean views (just 100 steps from the beach). IMPT-POWER PLANT FOR BACKUP ELECTRICITY. One of the few houses with POWER PLANT. All markets /restaurants open.The villa is within a private controlled-access beachfront community with 2 miles of private, secluded beach. The entrance is only available to residents/guests. It enjoys a 3ft deep natural sea pool on part of the private beach for small children and adults alike, in a noise-free environment.

At Punta del Mar, get a 4-bedroom house, (ALL OTHERS ARE SMALLER APARTMENT LIKE) with a lot more space and a rooftop terrace with awesome ocean views! All bedrooms have AC, added large terrace room has a queen sofa bed. This house is properly appointed with first quality comfortable rattan and wicker furniture. The appliances and comfortable beds are top of the line . It has 1 king bed in the master bedroom , 1 queen in 2nd room, 1 sofa queen bed in terrace room and two twin beds as well as 2 cots to house 8 comfortably. There are also chaise lounges in garden area and rooftop and a dining set on the roof terrace.

Activities include: Swimming/surfing/boarding/ sea shelling /sailing /fishing/visiting various different beaches/ waterfalls/ caves /tennis /golf/stargazing. Beach chairs and tennis rackets are available for you to enjoy. There are also good budget-friendly restaurants nearby serving international cuisines.

This villa is perfect to relax /recharge, all you will hear are the waves. NO NOISE! No need for sweaters or formal attire. We look forward to hearing from you!

Nice house in a beautiful setting. A safe place for a family vacation. The beach is beautiful, ideal for surfing, but there are calmer ones nearby. Plenty of nice restaurants, a couple of them accessible by walking along the beach.

Great Villa Close To The Beach

The property was clean and accommodated our family of seven. Each room had its own AC unit which was very welcoming after a long day in the sun. The beach right next to the property is beautiful. It is a little on the rocky side in the water. The washer was not usable do to mold. Overall great property.

Famiky Beach vacation

My wife and our 3 children had a wonderful stay at this villa. The gated community was quiet and safe. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps from the house. It is a rocky beach but we found some swimmabale spots that the kids enjoyed. Plus the villa is very close to other Rincon area beaches that we explored. Description was accurate. The host was very responsive when we had a question about the AC. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay - as advertised

My group of 8 people- 2 parents and 6 college aged kids stayed for a week and we had a great time. The house had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, tennis rackets - and the location was great. Off the beaten path, quiet, safe and so close to the beach. The house has AC which gave us much needed relief at times. The kitchen was very functional and we enjoyed many meals (and drinks thanks to the blender). I would recommend and I will return!

This villa is amazing, beach is great it's just steps away . Also friendly neighborhood everyone greeted and invited us to join them to the beach. The view was breath taken. My family enjoyed the waves but also the smaller water areas. The villa was beautiful!! Everything we needed was already there. The communication with the Christopher was awesome. We will be returning. I am very grateful to have experience this wonderful vacation at this location.

Three generation family vacation

Can't wait to return! Location was quiet and clean and steps within beach. Views from the villa were beautiful! We really appreciated the nice beach towels that were there, less to travel with. The villa was well supplied with everything we needed. We were very comfortable with the space in this villa, there was plenty of room for the eight of us! We choose to cook a few times and the kitchen was well supplied. The gas grill was a bonus! We throughly enjoyed staying here and hope to return soon to this villa! Fabulous rental

We traveled with 3 children, 15, 12 and 3. This property was perfect for every age group, close enough to beach and in such a safe and easy going community. I was comfortable with older kids walking to and from the beach and villa alone. The beach area with the tide pool were perfect for my little guy but still deep.enough for the teens to enjoy. We found tons of sea glass and even a large iguana.. The kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking meals and snacks, the villa had every tool and/or accessory needed. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be back!

Great place to take Rincon in

If you are someone who needs to stay connected, this may not be the spot for you. Internet signal struggles beyond the 1st floor and cell signal reception was weak (I use AT&T). That being said, it is a FANTASTIC place to disconnect. The house is comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed for those who want to eat in. Steps from a great beach. There was actually a small shipwreck that the kids had fun playing on. Location is private but just 10 min from city center. Renter was helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Most importantly, the house has spectacular, direct ocean views and is 100 steps from the sand. There is no need for a car to get to the beach.

It is also tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The location is in the middle of the project with two parking spaces included. Best of the rental units in Rincon and the Caribbean.

What makes this property unique

Punta del Mar is one of the most beautiful ocean-front settings. Beautiful trees line the fringe of the beach, so there is no need for umbrellas- Very private. There is also no noise pollution, as the property is a quarter mile from the main road and Rowdiness/late parties not allowed (strictly enforced) here due to community rules.
