Custom-built 5 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation home with your own private pool, designed with a spacious open layout that’s perfect for relaxing and spending time together. This newer home offers comfort, privacy, and multiple outdoor spaces for your group to enjoy. All rooms have air-conditioning.

The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, privacy wall, and gated entry create a true private setting. The covered terrace off the great room and large gazebo with table and seating are perfect for gathering with family and friends throughout the day and evening.

Located within easy walking distance to the town plaza, beaches, restaurants, paddle boarding, horseback riding, a dive shop, snorkeling, and charter fishing, you’ll have something for everyone just minutes away.

A short 3-minute drive takes you to a well-stocked local grocery store, and just minutes away toward Sandy Beach is the Rincón Lighthouse, known for its incredible views and sunsets.

Backup generator and water tank provide reliable power and water during your stay
Traveling with a larger group? Casa Ensenada is next door (3BR/3BA with private pool) may also be available, giving you the option to book both homes and stay close together while enjoying your own private spaces.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Place all towels & bedding in the laundry room. 2. Take all trash to the bins next door (street corner by garage). 3. Put dirty dishes in dishwasher; remove food from pots/pans.
4. Return moved furniture to original place. 5. Turn off all air conditioners. 6. Lock all doors and windows.
7. Secure driveway gate, lock person gate, and return key to box. 8. Text “Check-Out CASA MARBELLA” to (787) 485-3599 after returning the key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was extremely clean and well kept, and everything, including the AC units, were in good working order. There was a brief power outage affecting the neighborhood and the owners kept us informed as to the situation and the power generator worked throughout the outage. The location is great with lots of beaches and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. All and all a great place to stay for families or friends needing lots of bed rooms and great gathering spaces inside or out by the pool.

Thank you Trish and I'm glad you had a wonderful time. Backing to a small hill/mountain, we randomly get an iguana that shows up. If they are just passing through, I'm fine and if I don't want them there, we have hoses around the house. I noticed in last January they mostly are looking for water so the hose and spraying the one I saw, it enjoyed it rather than running away and was drinking the water I sprayed its direction.

We manage our homes ourselves and stay hands on to make sure everything is ready for your stay. That includes having backup systems like power and water in place so your trip isn’t interrupted.

We’re always available if needed, but we also want you to feel like the home is truly yours during your stay.

Why they chose this property

This home was custom built by us with vacationers in mind, designed for comfort, privacy, and flexibility for different groups. It features two master ensuites, along with a bedroom and full bath on the main level for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

There is also a half bath on the main level, allowing the full bath to be used more privately by the main floor bedroom if desired, while still giving other guests easy access.

The property is fully walled and gated to provide maximum privacy, creating a true private retreat. There is also a dedicated workstation off the kitchen, making it easy for guests who need to work remotely while still enjoying their stay.
