Great home - Not great communication/amenities

Beautiful home, beautiful location, however communication and amenities were lacking. There was no cable, no Wi-Fi, or welcome instructions listed anywhere. The only way to obtain access to the amenities such as the pool, was from help from neighbors. Neighbors also told us that all of their amenities worked, but we were not able to get ahold of the owner to get access to our rental amenities. Eventually, we were able to get ahold of someone from the emergency line and they said they were unsure why the TV, cable, and Wi-Fi didn’t work, so we would have to wait until Monday. We checked out on a Sunday. There wasn’t any turn down instructions sent, so we could only guess what to do for checkout. The initial email said all of this would be listed behind the front door, but there was none. Neighbors told us there’s was on the fridge, but we didn’t have that either.

Very nice place!

Enjoyed everything, wish they would tell you the swimming pool is a complete separate building in the pictures it seems as it’s there and everyone was so disappointed it wasn’t.
