COMFORTABLE LIVING IN A QUIET LOCATION AND BEACHFROM The Villa Josephine was completely rebuilt and modernized from 2003 to 2006 in the typical style of the resort architecture. Each apartment is equipped with a spacious terrace or a balcony. Here you can end your evenings with a glass of wine - some with a view of the coastal protection forest. Have you smeared your favorite garment, or did you not have enough change clothes with you? No problem: In a separate laundry room you have a washing machine and dryer against coin insertion available. For the bikes is a spacious bicycle storage available. There is ample parking and a disabled-friendly lift is also available. OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS - BICYCLES RENT TO SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MY WHEEL BY THE SEA you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

You live in a 69 m² large 3-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor. The lovingly furnished living room is equipped with couch, dining area, flat screen TV and kitchenette (4-ring ceramic hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator). The living area leads to the furnished south-facing terrace. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a small wardrobe. Kühlungsborn ist sehr zu empfehlen. Erholung pur.

Ich bin zum zweiten Mal in Kühlungsborn und im selben Appartmenthaus. Beide Appartments sind hervorragend, sauber und gemütlich. Das ganze Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kühlungsborner sind sehr nett. Ich werde auch ein drittes Mal wieder kommen.

Leider war das Personal der Agentur Zimmer am Meer sehr und freundlich. Es fehlte auch eine 4te Bettdecke, die uns von der Agentur nur sehr widerwillig und unfreundlich gebracht wurde.
