Business Trip

Amazing property and host is easy to reach out to with any questions and very helpful. Check in is super easy and the property is close to everything. Have already booked to stay at this property again for another business trip!

Work week stay

We were doing business in Naples for a week so we rented this house. It was well located for our needs. The kitchen is well appointed, the bathrooms are nice. The hot tub was a welcome place after a long day at work.

Adequate and basic

Was a little dark (poor lighting) and old furniture. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice but main living space was barren and dingy. There was an aroma of old cigarette smoke coming from the kitchen cabinets (suspect someone used to sit outside that door and smoke) and odor sort of permeated the living space and hit you as soon as you walked in the door. Tried to open all windows and doors to air it out but was still there. Good amount of space (3 bedrooms) and nice to have hot tub, but wish I stayed at a smaller and nicer place for the same amount of money. I didn’t need the space but was attracted to the idea of a hot tub. Had all the essentials in the kitchen, and chairs/umbrella for the beach. Checkin was easy. Slightly higher cleaning fee than other properties, but then asked to take all trash out, dishwasher run and emptied, laundry started and all linens stripped and gathered by laundry. But not a big deal. Overall it was probably priced appropriate/reasonable for people looking for 3 bedrooms, just wasn’t quite what I was hoping for.
