About Andrew Counts
The Counts family has been skiing in Breckenridge for three generations. We first visited in 1973 when there was only two paved streets - Main Street and Ski Hill Road. There were no stop lights in Summit County and Peak 9 had just opened so you could ski directly to town. We have watched the ski area, town and county grow as our family has grown. Yes it has changed, but so have we, and the excitement of arriving in the mountains, a new snow fall, or a bright, crisp summer day is just as invigorating as the first day we set foot in town. We are pleased to share our mountain home with you when we cannot be there.

The condo is one of the best options available for combining mountain and town access at a reasonable price. We are conveniently located on the first street to the south (just 200 yards distance) of the Peak 9 hi-speed Quicksilver lift. So park your car and enjoy Breckenridge for a fraction of the price of the Marriott and Hyatt properties located on the same block.

Andrew’s timbernest condo was in a perfect location for breckenridge. It is very walkable to town and to the ski lifts. Added bonus was the ski locker downstairs so we didn’t have to carry our gear up each evening! Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated and everything was great.
We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great condo, clean, and in the perfect location. We would certainly recommend this unit to anyone.
Wonderful Breckenridge Condo!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is nicely updated and very clean. The owners have thought of everything. The town of Breckenridge is very, very close. You really can leave your car parked and walk to everything -- town and lifts.
Well maintained, clean and close to skiing. Very comfortable condo. Would stay again.
Had a great stay at Timbernest
The condo was very neat and exceptionally clean. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The owners were very nice and accessible to answer any questions. The location is perfect to access the Peak 9 lifts, downtown, and the Breck Free Ride bus. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would like to return in the future.
Perfect for our family vacation
We have 4 kids ages 4-9 and this condo was PERFeCT for us. The kids claimed the loft area and the condo had kid appropriate movies and games. The kitchen was very well stocked, even with flour, sugar, rice and a cabinet FULL of any spice you would need. The pool towels were adult size, which my husband very much appreciated. Beds were very comfortable, with extra blankets in the closet for chilly nights and the makeshift bed we had to make when the 4 year old wanted to be down with mom and dad. There is a
Fabulous trail Right across the street from the condo. We were able to walk into
Town and to Carter park which was nice with all the Independence Day traffic. Looking forward to trying out the condo during ski season next time!! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a fabulous vacation (even with the Peak 2 forest fire)
