Great condo

Great condo with the exception of some Cleaning issues. I am Not a picky person but found hair all over the master shower wall.

Rental had Roaches, alot of Roaches

Here's the deal... dealing with Vacasa from the start was super frustrating. I booked my rental, easy enough but in the 2 weeks leading up to the stay I had questions. I sent 3 emails and not one of them was responded to. This is unacceptable... Fast forward to check in... guest service rep was polite & we were able to check in early, definite plus BUT we get to our room & 30 min after we get there I'm taking a business call trying to wrap up work so we can start our vacation and there's a loud knock on the door. It's maintenance claiming there's a swarm of flying ants coming into the area and they need to come in and spray around all windows & doors so they don't try to nest in the unit.... the guy tried to walk right by me and start spraying like it was no big deal. I muted my conference call, annoyed at this point & told him no, they wouldn't be spraying chemicals while my family was in the unit.. he coped an attitude and left. An hour later we saw a roach run across the floor in the bathroom, ugh... that evening we saw multiple roaches in the kitchen. I called the office, spoke to the guest services manager and she claimed they had no idea that unit had roaches, she said they have others that do & they don't rent them until the bugs are gone... best she could do was comp a cleaning fee but they couldn't give us another unit... Yall we were there a week & it was a bad infestation... we couldn't cook or leave any food on the counter. All bread, fruits etc had to be put in the fridge. I have videos and pictures of 10-15 out a time in broad daylight!!. I seriously wanted to vomit. This had to of been an issue in this unit for awhile for it to be as bad as it was. They knew there were bugs and they rented it anyway. The maintenance guy wasn't coming down in a panic to pretreat for flying ants. He was trying to spray for the roaches before we got there but we checked in early. I tried to talk with the guest services managers again at check out and she just blankly stared at me... Worst part is being afraid of bringing them home. I had to leave our bags outside for a few days until I was certain nothing was hanging out in there. The grounds was nice but not nice enough to deal with roaches inside the unit.
