Villa Lilly is very tastefully and modern decorated and you will not miss anything in the kitchen.The adjoining casual living room, is a great place to comfortably rock, relax, converse, or plan your day at the beach. An office space is convenient, to privately do office work, or answer a few emails, using the fast Wi-Fi network.
The Masterbedroom, has a seating area, walk-in closet, and a master bathroom, with shower and a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms, have a queen-sized beds and These bedrooms share the second bathroom.

Cape coral bliss

Communication with owner and property manager was quick and easy. The home was as pictured on vrbo and very nice. She has every kitchen bowl and appliance you will ever need. We had to get the pool warmer and property manager helped us increase the heating time so we could use it day and night. I would say our only negative was we were not informed that there might be a fee for heating pool. As it was not stated on the listing. It would be nice for that to be upfront in listing. we ended up only having to pay $38.00 but we were watching the meter every day. Maybe just a general $5.00 a day charge for pool use up front in the initial payment if using pool. That would not stop us from renting again the home was perfect. And the owner required property damage coverage to stay. That also should be in the listing all money issues should be upfront in listing. Again this place is amazing. Thank you for sharing it with us.
