Villa Alisa is located just off Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral, Florida in the highly desirable Four Mile Cove private residential area bordered by the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve where you can go hiking, biking or even rent kayaks. The neighborhood is private and quiet but still only walking minutes away from shopping of Del Prado Boulevard and car minutes away from the bridges leading to vibrating life of downtown Ft. Myers. The home is spacious and provides plenty of room for up to 8 guests.

Enjoyed Sunshine and Fun in Cape Coral

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Coral 4 Mile Cove property. The home was just as listed and provided plenty of entertaining space for our group of 5 friends. We found the weather perfect, the neighborhood great for morning walks and the access to grocery shopping just perfect. The location was great for local restaurants and we had some great times at the Monkey Bar just down the road. We hope to visit again.

Great Location, Quiet neighborhood

We travel down yearly for the PBA50 tournament. Loved the location, close to anything you would need along with the bridge to get to fort myers. The house was huge! Could easily fit more people if you have a large party. The pool was always warm, we left the cover on when not in use. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need to cook. If available next year we will stay again.

Great villa

The villa was clean and had everything you need for your stay (towels etc, beach/pool etc) , the location was good and peaceful yet near to shops and places . Great beach just down the road and wildlife all around(saw an iguana in the streets lol). The villa itself is clean but an older style and and just a few things could do with update maybe(weeds to far end of pool area but not really where pool is). Overall helpful from start to finish owner and manager and we would use again if in area. Thanks

Great get away

Enjoyed 2 weeks at this property. Location was great, the property was in a very quiet neighborhood, the pool was lovely and maintained at perfect temperature thanks to solar hearing on the roof. The house is just like the pictures in listing. The kitchen was one of the best I've been in for being well supplied with everything we needed to make our meals. Really enjoyed the screened-in lanai that let us eat all our meals outside bug-free everyday. We had a few issues in the first week of our stay. The property owner was quick to respond to our concerns and fully resolved both issues without delay.The house felt like our home once we got settled in and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic Home

Fantastic Home! We stayed at this property as a family of three generations; the house is completely child friendly (e.g. high chair, sand box, toys, just to name a few) and is not missing anything: Large bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen has all the appliances. The gorgeous pool was the highlight of the house and was used daily several times! We had an excellent stay at this awesome home! The property manager was also very accommodating and made sure we were totally comfortable. The whole experience was exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend this property.

We stay 2 weeks in this house. It was a great vacation and we miss nothing in the house. Also the solar headed Pool was great and our 2 kids (we also) had a lot of fun and relax. Supermarket and restsurant only few minutes away. Cape Coral Beach is only 10 minutes away. To all E-Mail Dmitriy give very quick an answer. The security disposal I recieve 2 weeks later back👍. repairs needed... front door screen door bottom was broke so we went through garage at all times

Pretty decent overall. Had small issues like a cold pool due to lack of instructions on how to turn up temp and horribly uncomfortable bed. Otherwise was clean and quiet.

Good communication with owner

The property was clean and communication with the owner was wonderful. I had asked for an early check in, if possible, and the owner was willing to accommodate that request. The interior of the home was clean and the kitchen had all of the items I needed to cook. The home itself could use some TLC....especially outdoors (landscaping weeds, etc). It has not been updated much and some of the craftsmanship was questionable. The neighborhood felt safe. We were not in the house much due to having friends just around the corner, so I would probably choose elsewhere if I was going to spend lots of time at the property. It was fine to sleep for the night and have breakfast there.

Purchased a home in the area and furniture needed delivery and painting needed to be done. This was a perfect house to crash at and relax by the pool. Dimitri was very easy to deal with and entry was no problem.
