The pool was green and unusable when we arrived. The host did not respond to us or to Vrbo Customer Service. Hours later she finally said the pool might be fixed the next day, but our stay was only two nights, so we were not willing to lose more time. We left immediately and never stayed at the property, and host is relying on explanations that do not accurately reflect what happened. The entire experience was extremely disrespectful, and I honestly feel I was misled. Things can go wrong, but it’s how you handle them that shows your integrity and what kind of person you really are.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your arrival didn’t go as hoped, and we take our guests’ time and trust seriously. Following your departure, we raised our standards: our professional pool company now services the pool every week and returns again right before every guest arrival, so the water is clear and ready to swim at check-in. We’ve also strengthened our arrival-day messaging so guests receive a prompt response. We’d love to host you again and show you the improvements.

Comfortable Cape Coral home

Home was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. The beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve slept in for all the times we’ve rented a house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall a good stay.

The house is such a beautiful home and the neighborhood is really great. My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The beds were very comfy, house was stocked with a lot of extras. We had a small issue with pool heater but management responded promptly. Close to ft Meyers beach and we also drove to sanibel and captiva island a few times. Close to a bunch of stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

I recently booked a vacation rental through VRBO in Cape Coral and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The process was straightforward, and the property was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also great, with easy access to all the local stores and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend VRBO for anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation rental experience.

Great location!

We were house shopping in the area and needed a place between Punta Gorda and Fort Myers. This house location was perfect. The house is decorated well and is very comfortable. The pool is heated and very nice. The drive out to Ft. Myers Beach or even Sanibel is not bad at all.

Peaceful and relaxing!

We had a great stay in Cape Coral. The home was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do. The home is located on a peaceful street and being on the “lake” helped make the space even more relaxing. Only downfall was lack of kitchen and bathroom linens but we did make do with what we had. Thank you for extending your home to us for our vacation!
