Paradise Amongst the Palm Trees.

This amazing, contemporary waterfront home has been redone to meet all of your vacation needs and best of all, you can't beat this convenient location! Enter through the front door into an open, spacious floor plan that will make you want to keep coming back. Modern tile plank floors, with an updated glimmering kitchen featuring white cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances.
4 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with separate bathroom. The Living area will make your feel right at home with two large sofas and a smart television. Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room overlooking the water or cozy up on the stools at the kitchen island.
Outside you can unwind and enjoy the heated 88 degree swimming pool with attached spa that is fully automated. Sit back on the lounge chairs or dine outdoors overlooking the tranquil Foote Canal. Don't forget that there is a propane grill - for easy living and the pool heat and electricity are included at no additional charge.
Plan to fish (poles provided) in the wide canal from the waterfront dock or jump on a bike (also provided) and tour the neighborhood. It's a quick walk to the Burton Memorial Park (.4 miles)which offers a tennis court, basketball court, playgrounds and fields and a short drive to your choice of restaurants, stores and more. The airport is only a convenient 30 to 35 minute trip!

Enjoy some of the numerous nearby activities including: Sun Splash Water Park - a great place to go for the day (3.5 miles), Mike Greenwells a family friendly park with mini golf, batting cages, raceway and the Mellow Mushroom Pizza (3 miles), Check out the Tropical Breeze Fun Park or Sunsplash Waterpark. There is the Cape Coral Museum of History, Wicked Dolphin Distillery, Headpinz Bowling (3.4 miles) Happy's Fun Center (1 mile) and so much more!

There are several golf courses nearby : Hunter's Run 3.7 miles, Riverbed 7 miles, Cape Royal 7 miles, Coral Oaks 7 miles.
There are many beaches to enjoy including: Cape Coral Yacht Club (9.5) miles, Ft. Myers Beach (18 miles), Sanibel Island (22 miles), Captiva Island(38 miles).

We have a professional company we hire to do all of the cleaning and maintenance. They will be following all of the CDC sanitation guidelines. There will only be towels and linens supplied for the number of guests listed on the reservation. All extra pillows, linens, couch pillows, spices, etc will be removed.

There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.

This property is zoned single family residential and is not offered for rented for less than 7 days per the City of Cape Coral Code Ordinance.

Pool was not heated to 88 as promised, it was around 80 degrees and the max it ever got to was 86 on the second to last day after calling the host to get it addressed. you can’t heat the hottub and pool at the same time so if you plan to keep the hot tub hot you will have a cold pool. The house wasn’t as nice as pictured but it was good enough. Did appreciate that they had extra beach towels and a couple pool toys, beach chairs, and a cooler.

The House is of the path but not out of sight. Stores and restaurants are close by. The house is spacious if you come with family, and has everything you need. The pool area is great and and offers some great view along the waterway.

Awesome place to stay!

This place was awesome. Extremely clean and tons and tons of space. Has a great layout with bathrooms on either end of the house. Pool area was extremely well kept and completely netted/fenced off. Location was great as well. Far enough away from busy roads, but only a few blocks from getting to major arteries. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and everything in the house functioned as it should. Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend!

Convenient and clean

We stayed here for a wedding we were attending in Fort Myers. Quiet and convenient location to most things. Would recommend a rental car if you plan to be out and about, Uber/Lyft is available, but will add up fast.
