Would go here again, everything was great. Had some minor hiccups with cleanliness but Brhett was very responsive and took our feedback very well. Not his fault. The pool was amazing!!!

Relaxing Family Friendly Stay

I enjoyed my stay here. Out of all the rentals, I loved this one the most! Loved the calm and cleanliness. Other things I enjoyed was the pool, very warm as it was cold the weekend we were there. Very family friendly. I will continue booking in the future.

This was a nice house to stay in, great water view and pool was fun! Very clean. So many games and minimal instructions for “pre-cleaning” upon check out. I appreciated the communication from the host, very quick and friendly!

We had a great family 4night stay. Pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Seen Manatees, native birds, and a little fishing. Kitchen was clean and very well stocked. Area was convenient for shopping and pleanty of restaurants easy to find. We had a pool and grill day with our sisters. It was a great family experience. Nice neighbors and low key quite neighborhood. Our host, Brhett was quick to respond to our questions and needs. Communication was great. We would highly recommend for families or a couple .

Host was very welcoming and provided great communication. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and we loved being right on the canal, which we took full advantage of it for kayaking and paddle boarding. The only negatives were that the board games were more or less for show (very few had pieces parts remaining to be playable), and the kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes were usable, but not in the best condition. Can’t fault the host for these problems…just the long term effects of guests who don’t care to take care of someone else’s property. I think most anyone would enjoy their stay here. We definitely did. Thank you!
