Beautiful house and furnishings. All very comfortable. Lots of fish jumping in the canal in front of the pool so great to watch. Newish neighborhood so lots of building noise around. Main road at the end of the canal so get a lot of road noise.

Just fantabulous

Cozy home with amazing views and all that my family and I needed to get some rest and spend a good time together. The house has super good energy, and it has been exquisitely decorated. It's equipped with all of the household appliances completely up to date. The rooms and beds are super comfy. We didn't miss anything. The neighborhood is adorable and super quiet. We didn't want to get back home 😅, but we had to. Definitely we we'll repeat soon. Thanks also to Vancanza Rentals for the good experience

Need a manual book. No clue when was garbage day, and what items are recycling. Instructions on exiting the house would have been nice to receive when you arrive and not 24 hours before you are scheduled to leave. List of restaurants, activities, etc. Even a guest book so people share their experiences.

All the information in the house manual is provided digitally 7 days prior to arrival. We also have a local attraction guide on the website. BUT we have since Peggy's stay put a physical booklet in the house.
