Plenty of space to relax for the entire group; outdoor dining area, sun beds etc. Down on the dock there's additional seating under a typical Florida tiki hut. Comfortable seating areas to enjoy the view of the canal and to watch the boats go by or fish from the dock.

This is the perfect spot to rent a boat during your stay, with a spacious dock and a boat lift to keep your rental boat on. And with only15 minutes out to the open water.

The villa has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The half bath is conveniently located on the lanai/pool area. Two living rooms, a dedicated office space, a dining area and a spacious kitchen. Relaxing Get-away

Property was well kept. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and where we spent our entire time. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies/dishes/utensils etc… Quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a great time!

The house is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you would need. Beautiful neighborhood and so pleased they welcome fur babies. Unfortunately it was booked for next year or we would return.

Everything in the house was great. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed and more. The pool area was perfect. We loved the dock area and hung out there quite a bit. We were able to dock our boat with no problems and had easy access to the Gulf. Location was premium, close to everything in Cape Coral! Great place to stay.
