About the host

We reside in Colorado and decided to build our dream home with a dock in Cape Coral. Because of our love of the ocean and an area with a small town vibe, Cape Coral became the perfect destination for us. The house is finally completed and we plan to place some finishing touches on it in January. We will post our photos when the decorating is completed!
Why they chose this property
The walk or bike to shops and restaurants is what attracted us to this “Pelican” area in Cape Coral. Our favorite thing to do is meander through the canals by boat, enjoy some open water and a great meal dockside.
What makes this property unique
Our house will give you clean, warm welcoming vibes. The area is quiet, you will not tire of the beautiful canal view and our house is built for comfort.
