Fall Special, Beautiful Pelican Gulf Access Waterfront Home With Private Pool

Villa Gabriella is a spacious waterfront, pool home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms! The home is located on a canal, in a quiet and well established neighborhood in Southwest Cape Coral.

You will love the open floor plan and relaxing beach house style in our home. The sliding doors open up to a waterfront patio and saltwater pool. The lanai has an outside TV and outdoor bar with BBQ grill and mini fridge.

The living room features a brand new 75" inch TV and luxurious movie theater style seating.

The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and island seating for six. In the garage you will find an extra fridge and ice machine. The formal dining room has seating for eight.

Villa Gabriella is one of the few vacation homes in the area with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms! The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, three of the rooms have king beds and the other has a queen. Every bedroom has a TV.

The home is conveniently located in walking distance to several great restaurants. We are also located within a 2.3 mile drive to two different public parks with Pickle Ball Court access. We provide three bikes, beach chairs, and a cooler. The 30 foot dock offers boaters water access to the Gulf of Mexico. We provide our guests with free high speed wifi.

The home is beautiful and very clean. We reached out to Ashley to ask for the heat in the pool to raised. Ashley responded in under 5 minutes and had a person come out and handle that request promptly. Overall, a great stay!

This was perfect for our family trip. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen/dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during the week, and the icemaker in the garage was very convenient. Excellent stay!

The house and accommodations were great! We had 4 couples and each couple had their own bathroom and shower. In addition, the house was big enough to have privacy, if needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and met all of our needs. The accessories included with the rental met all our needs whether staying at home or a day at the beach. Most important, the owners were very pleasant and responded quickly to all our questions and concerns to support a stress free vacation!! The total experience was great and we would highly recommend it to others.

Great Vacation Home

My husband, son and a friend and I stay at this home for spring break. Location is great, many things close by. Kitchen had good cooking equipment. Pool was warm. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded to texts promptly. We would go back again.

Best rainy week ever!

Although we happened to pick yhebone week of the year it decided to rain, this house gave us the opportunity to have the best time regardless of outside weather factors. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature at all times! The rooms were immaculate and far surpassed our expectations. This honestly is a place that felt just as if we were at home and a place we'd 100% come again! Owners were incredible and so kind. Cannot go wrong with this place. If you love to fish get some live shrimp from bait shop and hold on for the fight! Incredible fishing!

Girl’s trip

Our girl’s trip to Cape Coral and stay at Villa Gabriella was absolutely amazing. The house had a great layout, a beautiful pool/deck area, and incredible views. Our group of 4 have stayed in several VRBO’s, but I must say that this was by far the nicest. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was a real treat. Lots of dining and shopping options - everything so easy to get to. Ashley, our host, was extremely prompt in answering all questions and gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants, places to visit and shopping ideas. Thank you so much Ashley! Can’t wait to return!

Home Away From Home

We were in for a baseball tournament and the house is EXACTLY as advertised. It was a beautiful 4 bedroom house that is perfectly appointed. The beds are all super comfortable, the house is roomy. The bathrooms are all super nice and updated. The kitchen had everything that we needed for any cooking we did. The pool area is perfect and the dock area is awesome. Cape Coral is conveniently located to Fort Myers beach and the city of Fort Myers. Everything seemed to be about a 30 minute drive. A ton of good restaurants around, the owner put us on a REAL good restaurant with in a mile of the house were we could get takeout and enjoy it at the house. All in all a wonderful experience. Owner was SUPER responsive before and during stay. I ABSOLUTELY recommend if you are looking in the Fort Myers Cape Coral area.

Best week for our family vacation

The Villa was exactly as described online, yet even better in person! Having a pool at the house was perfect for us, since we didn’t want to always be at the beach. Publix is less than 5 minutes away to do your grocery shopping. We had dinner and then pizza again later in the week at Big10 Tavern, also just around the corner. Pizza and wings were amazing! Ice cream also around the corner at Cape Creamery. Day trips to Ft Myers Beach where you can rent chairs with an umbrella for a reasonable rate. No reservation needed, look for the orange and white umbrellas just down from the Salty Crab. Worth it for a full day in the sun. Two days on Sanibel Island and was a family favorite. Gulfside City Beach was reasonable parking and a short walk over the bridge to the beach. So many shells!! We loved diving for them not too far out in the waves. The Villa was always the perfect place to end our days. Lounging in the pool, grilling outside, playing card games, a cornhole (bags) set is in the bin on the dock. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and ice machine provided. We couldn’t have asked for a better week and look forward to staying at the Villa again next year!

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. The owners communicate well and are very responsive to texts and emails. Upon arrival, I was very pleased that the actual house matched the pictures perfectly. The amenities were great incl. a very nice pool, fresh linens in every room, plenty of pool towels, nice appliances, washer & dryer, a built in grill and your very own ice machine. The home was clean and spacious w/contemporary styling. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room. There were TVs in all rooms with a solid lineup of channels. Overall, our experience was one that we will remember for years to come. I’m grateful we were able to make those memories at Villa Gabriella!!

Perfect vacation home

This was our first time in Cape Coral and this house was amazing! We chose it bc it has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, but also bc the reviews on the owner were amazing. They were not wrong! Ashley was an awesome host. She had fantastic communication and was so kind to us. Everything was provided, from linens to beach towels to paper towels and laundry detergent. Absolutely stunning house and a lovely canal view. I highly recommend this house if you want a stress free vacation! Thank you so much, Ashley!

Rare find

We are always looking for places to accommodate us and our adult children for vacation. This place was perfect with 4 big bedrooms (3 kings and a queen) and 4 bathrooms. Everyone had their own space as well as wonderful common places to eat, play, swim and hang out. We loved every amenity from the pool, outdoor grilling, fishing, games, books, beach supplies, and well stocked kitchen. We appreciated all the places within walking distance and driving distance. Highly recommend Bowman’s beach in Sanibel. The neighborhood was great for morning walks. We were so pleased to learn about the burrowing owls in the are and had fun locating all the nests.

Relaxing Stay in a beautiful home

This is a wonderful home with many amenities. The four bedrooms each have their own bathroom and TV. The large living room has comfortable theater type seating and a large screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. The kitchen is well appointed with a counter top bar for casual eating. There is a large, comfortable eight person formal dining room, perfect for holiday dinners. The outdoor pool area was the best though. The dining set and outdoor kitchen are under the cover of shade and the pool was the warmest pool in a rented house that we have stayed at so far. Very comfortable temperature (89-90 degrees). Most homes we have stayed at only heat to 80-84 degrees which is a little chilly on cool days.This one was awesome. There is also a large TV on the patio, nice for catching the news with morning coffee. Ashley was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to work one of the remotes for the fan/light fixture. You couldn’t ask for a better host. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ashley for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Paradise

This house and property are beautiful. The owners have thought of every need and want. Pool toys, towels, and lounge chairs. Beach chairs, coolers, and an ice machine. A large outdoor grill, bar, and eating area next to the pool. A wide dock for fishing and sun sets mark the back of the property. I love this place and that is why we return each year.

Perfect House

We traveled with 2 other couples to get out of the cold. This house was amazing. The pool and patio area were fantastic. Very peaceful even though we were only 2 blocks from main road. Communication with Ashley was first rate, she responded quickly with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again next year. Highly recommend.

The house was just as it was advertised. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms-each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The whole house and pool/patio was excellent for our needs. It was chilly the days we were here, but the comforts of the inside are just as nice as the outdoor areas. Ashley was very responsive to our calls or texts. We had a wonderful time, and if in the area again would try to book again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pictures are exactly what you get. They thought of everything to make it your home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the pool was heated, the outdoor kitchen was nice to have too. And the ice machine in the garage was a bonus. It was clean and comfortable. Having 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms was great. Ashley was pleasant and helpful when needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting her briefly and was just as nice in person. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. We hope to return this this beautiful home in the future. Highly recommended.

Amazing!

We rented Ashley's house after our original plans were changed due to hurricane damage at the resort we had booked. Ashley's house did not disappoint! The house is spotless and the amenities are amazing! The outdoor kitchen, pool, commercial ice maker and extra refrigerator made our time there even better. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was also an added bonus. We were a group of 3 couples, and none of us ever felt cramped or felt a lack of privacy if we wanted it. Communication with Ashley was great during our stay. She answered any questions very quickly. Location is great! Within walking distance to many restaurants, gas station and grocery store. You will not be disappointed! We hope to come back next time we visit the Cape Coral area.

We live in New Jersey and we have been vacationing in southwest Florida for the past 10 years. After renting many vacation homes on Florida’s southwest coast, we fell in love with all that Cape Coral has to offer and quickly realized that the Cape has brought us the most memorable of all vacation experiences.

After vacationing with our family for the many years, we quickly learned the necessities of a perfect vacation home. So in June of 2019 we purchased this slice of paradise, that we named Villa Gabriella. This Southwest, 4 bedroom, 4 bath home, was renovated in the Summer/ Fall of 2019, to meet all of your vacation needs. You will find Villa Gabriella surrounded by beautiful palm trees nestled in a fabulous, family friendly, quiet neighborhood. This home also sits on a gulf access canal for all of the boaters. Villa Gabriella is in walking distance to many spectacular restaurants, bakeries, groceries stores and a delicious ice cream parlor. If you chose not to explore the Cape Coral you are sure to enjoy this home by relaxing at the outside bar/cooking station that overlooks the pool and gulf access canal. It is our hope that you and your family will create many wonderful memories at Villa Gabriella.
