Sands Park was completed in 2023 with Tennis, Basketball, 4 Pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, cornhole, walking paths, and a playground. it is located within a 5 minute walk from the house.

Large heated pool with submerged bar, Gas grill, Yacht dockage with 50-amp shore power, Kayaks rentals available, fishing equipment, Designer furnished, Fully stocked kitchen with double oven and gas cooktop, High speed wireless internet, Sonos, Smart TV's in every bedroom with Netfilx, Amazon Prime Hulu (Roku's), local chanals through YouTube TV, Two Master suites, top quality towels, linens and mattresses, Beds; 3 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and kids twin bunk beds. All three bedrooms upstairs have balconies overlooking the water and nature preserve. Downstairs bedrooms open to the outside.
