Welcome to Villa Lake Mohave, a spacious Florida style home set in a beautiful neighborhood and featuring a stunning lake view.

Enjoy your relaxing Florida vacation in this beautiful, spacious villa on Lake Mohave. Newly renovated and beautifully furnished, it offers plenty of space and high comfort. The open living area with appointed dining room provides wonderful views of the pool and canal. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has direct access to the pool area. Three additional bedrooms offer the perfect accommodations for any occasion. Featuring 2 bedrooms with queen beds as well as a bunk room which includes 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. The three bathrooms each have a shower and bathtub. The living area and 3 bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. High-speed internet and cable TV. The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils leaves nothing to be desired.

Enjoy your breakfast or a festive barbecue on the spacious pool terrace. After an outing or a successful shopping tour, a dip in the refreshing pool provides the ultimate relaxation. You'll appreciate the quiet, well maintained neighborhood with convenient access to supermarkets and restaurants. The idyllic, small beach of Cape Coral is just over 10 minutes away and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Naples and Sanibel / Captiva can be reached in about 30 to 60 minutes.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The host was quick to reply to the one issue we had AND fixed it within a few hours. Check in and check out was easy and smooth….no issues at all. We have stayed at many homes over the past several years, this is the first home we would definitely stay at again! The area was quaint and quiet……the house was warm and inviting. Perfect Family Getaway

The house was just as listed. It was clean and weak equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and outside TV area. The bunk beds were great for the kids. All the beds were comfortable. We slept good. They supplied plenty of towels for bathing and pool. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We look forward to returning.

We can’t say enough great things about this property. The outdoor area with heated spa and pool, plenty of lounging and eating space, and the great pool toys, were a favorite of all. It was neat, clean, and beautifully cared for upon check in. Communication with the host was first rate. We loved the location and all the extra touches. We hope to return!

Grandma and Grandpa’s Family Treat

Clean, spacious property that was perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children). Our 10th trip to Cape Coral and getting VRBO property. The house was very clean, well organized, and decorated nicely. The only glitch we had was the baby items (portable crib, high chair) were stored in the garage and were filthy. Luckily my husband and I arrived early and were able to clean everything before the littles arrived. We usually stay on the west side, and this side was okay.

The pool and view from it is amazing. Lots of iguanas and other wildlife which we enjoyed seeing. The host was great with communication and accommodation - quick to respond and fix any issues we had. There was also everything we could have needed in the house. We had a great time!

Villa at Lake Mohave

Fantastic home in a central location on Cape lCoral. Vacation with family. Spacious and luxurious home on canal with view of lake Mohave. Wildlife watching on the canal. We had a tremendous time. Hosts were great. Will definitely book again soon.

Short Getaway

The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated! The price was very competitive for the Cape Coral area! An added surprise was the wildlife surrounding the canal and vacant lot next door. Loved the convenience of the pool and beautiful outdoor living space! Would love to come back to this home! The house had everything we needed!!

We had a great week staying at this Cape Coral rental house. The owner, Aaron, was unbelievably helpful for the few issues we had and made sure they didn’t affect our week. We basically spent the entire week in the pool with the kids. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!!!

Wow!

This property exceeded our expectations. My children (ages 22-5) and I stayed from May7th- May 11th. The home was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space and the common areas were big enough to hold us all comfortably. The pool was amazing. This home is close by many beaches and downtown Fort Myers. The neighbor was friendly and welcoming and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed our visit. I would certainly suggest this home to anyone looking to stay in that area. Thanks for making our trip great! We hope to stay at this home again.

Heaven on earth

Spacious, beautiful, inviting, dog-friendly home. It was the perfect combination of peaceful but centrally located. The pool and hot tub were excellent to come back to after a day at the beach. The master bedroom/closet/bathroom are the stuff of dreams. The home balances beautiful decor with comfort seamlessly. Communication from the owners was timely and friendly. We will definitely plan a return visit. Special thank you to the owners for allowing us to bring our dogs - we appreciate being able to stay in such wonderful accomodations with our fur babies.

Week break from winter cold!

Our week stay at the house was very nice. We cooked one to two meals a day at the house and only missing tool was kitchen scissors. (K-cups if anyone is wondering on coffee maker). Used the pool and hot tub daily. Location was very convenient and neighborhood was quiet. Saw river otters in the canal one day. The host was responsive. Would both recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Lanai, pool and spa made for a great get-away!

Lovely home with many amenities…..lanai, pool, spa, comfortable master bedroom with outstanding closet! The kitchen offered everything we needed and more! Owner’s instructions were comprehensive. We did have to contact them regarding a few remotes with dead batteries and a couple of insignificant items. There were only two of us, but the home has room for a large gathering of family or friends.

Not quite what we expected

The house is decent , not luxurious. The living room furniture is horrible. The upholstery covers don’t fit right so the cushions fall off the couch and chairs. There were some maintenance issues that need attention. I don’t think the chemical balance in the pool is correct because 3 of us got ear infections.

Truly Wonderful Rental!

The property is accurate listed, but looks even better in person! The couches are virtually brand new. The decor throughout is beautiful, coordinated, and not cluttered one bit. Smart TVs, Fans, and light options in every room as well as in backyard. Plenty of toys available for the kids inside and out. The exterior all around is clean and well manicured. The pool, hot tub, and hang out areas in and outside of the screened-in lanai were awesome. Loved having fresh towels by the pool ready to go upon arrival, and appreciated strong pool/spa heater and strong AC inside! Didn’t catch any fish outside, but beautiful canal and lake view nonetheless. Next door empty lot is actually pretty well kept and rest of street clean and quiet so no concerns at all. Close to everything. Property Management was great; super responsive via the platform. There were some super minor signs of wear and tear (rug outside, a few walls, loose door knob or two, one broken screen panel, one loose tub faucet, crack in granite by kitchen sink, a few and a bunk and a chair with a lean), but nothing to actually call in for repair nor anything to be of any bother to us at all whatsoever. We absolutely loved our stay, would recommend to anyone, and would gladly go back again! Thanks so much to the team for offering up this property for rent and maintaining it so well. 🙏

The pictures were much nicer than the house. There were a bunch of little things that were annoying. The guest bathroom toilet and tub were clogged, guest bedroom the ceiling light fixture didn’t work and fan stayed on high speed. Every drawer in the kitchen was broken, all the outside lights were out, tv in bedroom didn’t work and the hot tub wouldn’t stay on. The breaker kept tripping. We contacted the host and he was good with communication and trying to get it fixed. (Also told my husband he could get on a ladder and fix lights) When I go on vacation and pay the money we’re paying we expect a little more than what we got.
